Almendricos is a small Spanish village located in the south of Murcia, on the border with Andalusia. If it's Spanish atmosphere you're looking for, you've come to the right place! Situated approximately 3 km from the village, Almendricos Cortijo is a 19th century farm which was renovated in 2006 (in old style). Almendricos lies in a valley - on both sides there is a small mountain ridge. The valley is very fertile, as is the entire area south of Murcia. Here you will find huge citrus fruit plantations, mostly orange. In addition you will find many almond trees and huge expanses with artichokes, lettuce, broccoli and onions. The mountains offer a large variety of wild herbs and flowering plants throughout the year. There is a varied fauna, especially birds - there is a large variety of very special birds here. In the mountains you may encounter fox, hares and tortoises.

Casa Oasis has a living area of about 500 m2 and is suitable for groups up to a maximum of 22 persons. The accommodation has four 2-person bedrooms with private showers, of which one bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is also an internal apartment with two 2-person bedrooms, a bathroom, a small sitting area and kitchen facilities. On the 1st floor there are three 2-person bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting area with a large sofa bed. Two extra beds can be placed for the 21st and 22nd guest. The Casa Oasis house has a large breakfast/leisure room complete with games and a satellite TV with dvd, audio, games and karaoke. Beside the house there is a terrace of approximataly 500 sq meters from where you have a magnificent view of the surroundings. Next to the terrace you will also find a large swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) where you can cool down and enjoy a refreshing drink on one the deckchairs or at the poolbar. There is a barbeque area with 20 seats. You can park up to 14 cars in the shade on the parking area between the fence of the cortijo. There is a soccer field with small goalpoasts. You will find a beach volleyball court and a soccer field with small goalpoasts. A highchair and babybath are available. A child bed can be ordered.

Almendricos is a small Spanish village with numerous restaurants and supermarkets. There is also an open-air nightclub (open only during the summer season, on Wednesday evenings) - an adventure for both young and old. Beaches are only a half an hours' drive from Casa Oasis. The beach and boulevard of San Juan are especially very beautiful. San Juan has not yet been over-run by mass tourism so you can still experience the real Spanish atmosphere. The beach is not steep and so is suitable for small children. A visit (by train) to the beaches of Aguilas is highly recommended. There is also a diving school where you can explore the underwater world of the Mediterranean. Garrucha is an aquatic paradise. Are you more of a nature lover? Then there is the possibility for mountain biking along magnificent trails. There is also the possibility to visit the nature areas of: La Jara, 10 km away; the Sierra Espuña, 40 km away or the Sierra de Maria, 35 km away. The latter has three caves you can visit. You will also find several beautiful, marked trails in the above-mentioned nature areas. Golf enthusiasts can hone their skills at the golf courses of Turre, Mojacar, Los Gallardos and Cuebas del Almanzora. This region also offers opportunities for sailing, para-sailing, horseback riding, quad riding and mountain sports. And finally, there is also plenty to do for history and culture lovers with lots of historic buildings and museums. Or on a visit to Lorca, Alhama, Murcia or some of the smaller cities such as the mountain village of Mojacar, why not do a little souvenir shopping?

Arrival between 15.00 and 20.00 hrs. In case of arrival after 20.00 the owner has to be informed timely. Departure before 10.30 hrs. Casa Oasis can be rented as a group accomodation for special occasions like a wedding, family reunion, business parties or a trainingcamp. We also offer complete programs including entertainment and/or breakfast, lunch and diner. We can even provide for a complete program, like we did for the Dutch men’s Hockey team. Please contact Bungalow.net if you would like to receive information about the different options. A maximum of 1 pet is included. Wireless internet available on the terrace and in some rooms.
