The house is well-heated in winter. All those interested in renting this apartment in winter are requested to inquire first via telephone as the water supply can be endangered. The lake is usually frozen in winter and is ideal for ice skating and ice fishing. During winter the surroundings are very peaceful, but not completely isolated as there are houses (villagers and farmers) in the vicinity (some inhabitants speak German). Electricity charges, bed linen and kitchen towels are included in the rental price. Clients have to bring their own towels. Fees for firewood and lighter fluid (for the barbecue) are not included in the price. Pets must be registered at the time of booking. The minimum rental period is 1 week and arrival and departures are on Saturday. If you stay longer than one week, you have the option of renting by the day. Arrival time is between 2:00 and 4:00pm or by appointment with the owner. The apartment must be vacated on the day of departure by 11:00 noon. Tenants are obligated to deal carefully and respectfully with the house and its environment. This includes the following: - Before leaving the apartment, lock the house and set the alarm. -- Take all necessary precautions when using the fireplace. Avoid causing noise pollution, especially after 10:00 pm. -- Leave garbage only in designated areas. -- Vehicles are to be parked only in the indicated areas. The tenants should also respect local rules and laws.
