Location

Casa La Bodega is located on the Las Breveritas farm, in Tenerife. Finca Las Breveritas is 150 years old. It has an area of 3000 sq meters, which includes three luxury houses. The houses can be rented together or separately. The houses are restored to their original condition with Canary furniture. On the farm there are various facilities for your use. These include a heated swimming pool, a vegetable and fruit garden. There are also several terraces complete with wooden garden furniture where you can relax with a drink, or grill. Upon arrival to the Las Breveritas farm you will receive a welcome basket. For more information, please read the conditions.

Interior

Casa La Bodega has a total area of 95 square meters and is suitable for three people. The apartment has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and dining room with fireplace. On the 1st floor there is the bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and sitting area. For the third person the owner can place an extra bed upon request at 15 euro per booking. The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi, robes and hair dryers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffeemaker and microwave. The apartment has a large private terrace with barbecue, from where you have a beautiful view of the sea.

Surroundings

Icod de los Vinos is located on the west coast of Tenerife. Tenerife is a part of the Canary Islands and has volcanic origins, which means that the beaches are mainly composed of black lava sand. The largest island is the volcano El Teide with a height of 3718 meters. Icod de los Vinos is characterized by steep cliffs and expansive levels, with nearly 10 km of coastal area. The northern part of the island is a very green area, especially the Valle de la Orotave with banana plantations and a single flora. One tree- the dragon's blood tree- is found nowhere else in the world. This tree may be thousands of years old. Beautiful places on the island include: the port of San Marcos; the Cueva del Viento, the longest cave in the world; and the capital of the island, Santa Cruz.

Conditions

Conditions of the landlord:

Upon arrival you will receive a welcome basket which includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine from the island. The price includes: fresh bread from Monday to Saturday, charcoal for the grill, and towels (changed every third day), bed linen (switched every seventh day), house cleaning (every third day), satellite TV. One small pet is allowed (up to a maximum of 10 kg). Prices for daily cleaning on request. A child bed can be placed free of charge, with the exception of El Almendro. Wash- and dryservice 15 euro per machine. Arrival from 12.00 hrs, departure before 12.00 hrs. Deviated arrival time only after consulting the owner. Free wifi. Prices for longterm rent on request. The owner can inform you about carrental when requested. An airport transfer cannot be provided unfortunately. For the third person the owner can place an extra bed upon request at 15 euro per booking.
