This apartment is part of a lovely holiday park situated in the beautiful city of Cefalù, on the island of Sicily. Only 250 meters away you will find a picturesque bay with sandy beaches and rocks. The complex takes up an area of approximately 8,000 m² and is divided into several villas. Each villa is made up of three ground-floor apartments. The complex is quiet and offers a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding mountains. Guests can use the large pool (10m x 20m) complete with umbrellas and hammocks. The complex includes a barbecue, a Jeu de Boules court, table tennis, a small playground and parking.You can rent this apartment for any day you wish (except during the high season).

This apartment is located on the ground floor and has an area of about 28 m². The accommodation is suitable for two to three persons. The living room has a 1-person sofa bed. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer and an Italian coffee maker. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. Guests of this apartment have a private terrace furnished with garden furniture. All apartments are modern and have air-conditioning, a television and a telephone.

The holiday complex is located about 2 km from the magnificent harbor city of Cefalù, half way between Palermo and Messina. This unique small town is one of the most beautiful tourist resorts of Sicily. The city is perhaps best known for its magnificent Norman cathedral, dating from 1113. The cathedral is located at the bottom of an impressive, diving limestone cliff which dominates the bay of Cefalù. In the city you can visit historical monuments, museums and buildings, such as the medieval 'Palazzo Maria`, or Garibaldi Square with its Church of SS. Maria della Catena and bell tower dating from the year 1800. Despite numerous tourists, Cefalù has maintained its original character. This can be evidenced by the many historic buildings and churches and the numerous small streets and alleys where you can find original shops and restaurants. Cefalù has a railway station from where you can reach the capital (Palermo) in less than an hour. Even the surroundings of Cefalù are worth a visit. We recommend a trip to the nature park of the Madonie where you can ride a horse or go for a hike. Additional opportunities include the pilgrimage chapel of Gibilmanna with its museum and palace of La Rocca.

Conditions of the landlord:

Not included in the price: gas / water / electricity / heating and air-conditioning. The cost for these is 45 euro per week and is to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning costs are 35 euro and must be paid locally. A crib costs 30 euro per week. Telephone charges are calculated according to usage. Bath and bed linen (rental is mandatory) cost 10 euro per person. If desired, you can order breakfast for 7 euro per person. Check-in is between 4:00 and 8:00 pm; departure is by 10:00 am.
