Location

This apartment is located in a beautiful park, right beside wonderful Lake Idro. The complex consists of 22 comfortable and modern apartments, surrounded by a park. Guests have access to a beautiful (heated) pool with Jacuzzi and separate children's area. Garden furniture is also available. Facilities include two grills for common use, a playground for children, a laundry and a wellness center equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath and gym. The complex also has a bar, a large community room and a reception area where you can get information regarding the most beautiful sights and attractions in the region. There is a parking lot as well.

Interior

This beautiful 2-floor apartment has a total area of about 47 m². On the ground floor you will find a 2-person sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. All apartments are comfortable and modern and have central heating, a safe deposit box and a TV with satellite connection. From the terrace, complete with tables and chairs, you have a wonderful view of the mountains and sea.

Surroundings

The holiday complex is located directly on the beach of Lake Idro. From the complex you can enjoy a view of the lake and surrounding mountains (Dolomites, Valvestino and the Alps). There are many sports opportunities in the area including windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, mountain biking and trekking. On a sightseeing flight you can enjoy the surroundings from the air or why not explore the natural parks of Adamello, Alto Garda and Giudicarie by bicycle (rental available just 300 meters from the accommodation). There are plenty of opportunities for hiking in this beautiful mountainous area. Of course you can also go on excursions to such places as Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Venice and Milan. The price includes: use of the fitness center, sauna and Turkish bath; use of the heated swimming pool (hydro); playground for children; use of the barbecue; and WiFi Internet (at the reception area). Not included: Gas / water / electricity, 15 euro per person per week. If you use the heater this costs 15 euro per day. Bed linen and laundry costs 14 euro per person / per change; Cleaning fees, 48 euro. Highchair and crib 40 euro per item per week; Arrival time is between 4:00 and 9:00 pm. Departure time: between 8:00 and 10:00 am. You need to arrive before 10:00 pm at the latest.
