This newly built country house lies at the foot of the Giant Mountains, near the city of Liberec. Nova Ves (at Chrastava) is not much more than a small village on a transit road. Therefore, it is an excellent place to enjoy tranquility and freedom. It is situated near a small reservoir which is an ideal place to relax during summer. There is a very small store within walking distance where you can shop for the most important food items: bread, milk and drinks. 15 minutes by car you can reach the larger city of Liberec and the Jested Mountains. Prague is only 90 km away. In and around the house you will find nothing but space. The garden has a large grassy slope, a furnished terrace, play-apparatus for children and along the grounds are a stream and a forrest area.In an open fireplace you can make a campfire. From June to the end of September you have access to a large swimming pool.

The apartment is completely new and quite luxurious. It is centrally located and has a spacious hall and on the left a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a separate dining room for 12 persons. To the right of the hall there is a living room with a table for 6 persons, a TV and a sofa set next to the fireplace. A radio, CD player and cassette player are also available. You can grill in the fireplace. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub and washing machine with dryer. Next to the bathroom you will find the first bedroom which is furnished with a double bed. From the hall a staircase leads to the 1 floor. Here there is a hallway with seating and four bedrooms furnished with 2x2 and 2x3 beds (no bunk beds) and a cot. There is also a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system.

In the immediate surroundings you can go hiking or biking through the woods, fields and across the hilly area. There is an exciting summer toboggan run in Bedrichov. In Liberec (7 km) you will find the most beautiful aqua park in the Czech Republic, a magnificent zoo and a bowling alley. There are no fewer than 3 golf courses in the area. By cable car you can go to Jested Mountain with its magnificent view and luxurious restaurant. Supermarkets are just 5 minutes away by car and there are restaurants everywhere in the neighborhood. For those interested in culture and history, you will find more than 40 palaces, castles and fortresses in the area. 20 minutes away is the Czech Paradise (Český Ráj), where large masses of stone stand out from the ground. The capital of Prague, with its many attractions, is accessible by highway (90 km) and makes an ideal day trip.

Please bring your own kitchen towels.
Before checking out the apartment has to be cleaned and the kitchen and cooking utensils should be washed.
Wood for the stove (6 euro / per box) and electricity costs will be charged against deposit.
Consumption of electricity in the winter: up to 500 kWh included in the price. Consumption above 500 kWh will be charged (0,16 € / kWh).
Consumption of electricity in the summer: up to 200 kWh included in the price. Consumption above 200 kWh will be charged (0,16 € / kWh).
One or two well-behaved dogs will be allowed by appointment only. If the owners agree you will be obliged to reimburse the them for fees associated extra cleaning.
