Your home is reached via a narrow road, that is uphill.
The park is located in the mountains, 4 km from the town of Ventimiglia, and offers a panoramic view of the valley, the city and the sea. It is only 4 km from the highway to the park, through the beautiful valley of Ventimiglia. You can choose from 25 different villas and apartments which are spread across the hilly, green grounds. Villaggio del Sole is a real family park with a pool with chaise lounges, a playground, table tennis table, table football, a big chessboard, solarium and a fitness room. All of the apartments and villas have a large private terrace or balcony. The owners, Rosa and Nicola, often organize barbecue evenings at the pool. In the bar and restaurant you can get chilled drinks and snacks all day long. Nicola and Rosa have a minibus with which they organize trips to Ventimiglia, for a small fee. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and the boulevard of Ventimiglia are just a few minutes away by car. You can park your car in front of the apartment.

Each apartment has a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer and is equipped with kitchen utensils. There is a bathroom with a shower or bath; a bedroom furnished with a double bed; a living room with a sofa bed; and a terrace or balcony. All of the apartments have at least two rooms, which are furnished simply but nicely. The accommodation has closets. The owners request that you rent, as an extra service, a 'package' (for a small fee) which contains bed linen, towels, hair dryer, TV, CD player, sun screen (so you can go to the beach), iron and ironing board, vouchers for three, use of the washing machine and 1 hour of Internet use. All of these items are also available separately.

The park makes an excellent starting point for numerous trips into the surroundings. You can choose for the sun and beach or a mountain hike through the beautiful nature of the Ligurian Alps. Nearby there are many picturesque, medieval, small villages such as Dolce Aqua, Pigna and Apricale. Also, famous cities like San Remo, Menton, Nice and Monaco are easily and quickly accessible vai the highway and a beautiful road along the coast. Beautiful sandy beaches (with opportunities for windsurfing, water skiing, dolphin spotting and coastal excursions), protected bays and imposing rocks are within 10 km. In summer typical folk festivals are organized in many of the small towns in the area. Along the coast you will find good pizzerias and seafood restaurants. Even the famous botanical gardens of 'Giardini Hanbury'(+ / - 3 km) are nearby and highly recommended. At the end of May there is the famous Grand Prix of Monte Carlo, only 15 km away. In the vicinity of the accommodation there are small shops where you can buy typical Ligurian products such as pesto, Tapanade, wine and extra-virgin olive oil.
