This bungalow is wonderful located on the edge of the Park 'De blauwe lantaarn' (the blue lantern), in the midst of unspoiled nature. You can magnificently enjoy, in a private atmosphere, the place and the rest around the bungalow and still have the facilities of the park, such as snacks, various playgrounds, swimming pools. Because of the location of the park, this place is ideal for families with children. At the campsite are several playgrounds, a sports field, a canteen and two outdoor pools. During the peak season is present a team of animators. In the area are many facilities. In the bungalow you find a book with information on trips. Enjoy the beautiful and well-furnished bungalow and relax on the porch or on the terrace!

This detached bungalow is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. The whole (residential) area is about 55 square meters. The division is: hall, living room with typical wood fired oven, open kitchen with refrigerator, 4-digit gas cooker, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and full equipment for the number of persons. The living room is equipped with color TV with remote control, DVD players, and movies, central heating, dining and sitting area. The bungalow has a total of 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with two single beds and one has a bunk bed. All bedrooms have a heating; blankets and pillows are available. The bungalow has a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the bungalow are also numerous baby things such as winding pillows, drawers, cots, camping deck, high chair, seat bag and toys. Here is a private garden with a spacious veranda and garden furniture and hanging chairs. On the terrace or in the grass, you can use the hammock. In the garden is a wooden bench with 2 tables. You can park your car at the bungalow. The bungalow is ideal for children: no open water or traffic at the bungalow. In the barn are a barbecue and two bicycles at your disposal. Wood for the fireplace is Toll Free.

The bungalow is in 'Drents Friese Wold'. One of the most beautiful natural sites of the Netherlands! The 'Drents Friese Wold' is known for its many lakes, heather fields and forests. In the area are many nice Drenther villagesa, which are a visit worth. They offer a variety of culinary and recreational opportunities. You can see the barrows, fun for kids and a visit in the spa lake, or the wonderful surrounding area on foot, on horseback, by bicycle or covered wagon. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you're on the heath. Other possibilities for excursions in the area: the Aekingersee, 'Drents Friese Wol', the heath, cycling and walking, the barrow, playground Duinenzathe, traffic Park Assen, Kabouterland, Noorderdierenpark (Animal Park) in Emmen. Everything is not far away!

Conditions of the landlord:

Your car can be parked next to the accomodation, with the exception of the period of november until march. Longterm rent on request. Firewood is included when in stock.

1. The Bungalow can be rented for no more than 6 persons and a baby. It is not allowed to rent the accomodation to others.2. Two pets are allowed for 10 euro per pet per reservation. More pets on request only. Smoking is not permitted in the bungalow. 3. The rentprice includes Electricity and 1 full cylinder of gas. 4. Your stay in the bungalow is entirely on your own risk5. On the day of arrival the guest can use the accomodation starting at 15.00 hrs. On the day of departure the client has to leave the accomodation before 11.00, unless otherwise agreed 6. The tenant pays (at the time of booking) a deposit of 50 €. The owner will deduct the amount that is to be paid to the owner (see article 8). The tenant agrees to the reasonable use of the bungalow and agrees to leave the bungalow in good condition, clean and tidy. If the tenant leaves the bungalow uncleaned, cleaning fees will be added to the bill by the landlord.8. The tenant is liable for any damage in/to the bungalow, including damage or loss of inventory which occured during the tenancy period, unless the tenant can credibly justify that the damage was not made by the family members or guests. 9.The costs of normal maintenacne and repair of defects are for the account of the owner. In case of any defects, the client has to inform the owner directly and follow his instructions as closely as possible. Any costs made by the client, will be refunded to the client after handing over specified invoices.
