Holiday park 'Le Bochetay' is situated in a peaceful environment. It is a little hilly and thus an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The bungalows, suitable for up to 6 persons, are all on the ground level and are situated in groups spread among the woods. The interior is primarily wooden, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. Situated nearby Durbuy and Marche-en-Famenne, the park offers a host of cultural and sportive activities such as: kayaking, climbing, mountain biking, golf and horseback riding. This park can be highly recommended to groups of friends or families who would like to enjoy a peaceful environment and the cozy atmosphere of a wooden bungalow. There is a restaurant with large terrace next to the entrance to the park. Two barbecues are also available for use by guests, and benches and tables are available as well. Other facilities include: miniature golf, tennis, basketball and jeu de boules. A fitness and recreational center (Club Evasion) is only 2 km away. The park is restricted to guests (accessible by car - there is barrier) so it is safe for young children to walk around and play in the park or on the two playgrounds.

This apartment is suitable for up to 6 persons. The (living) area is circa 54 m². There is a spacious living room with a dining and sitting area (double bed couch), a TV and a balcony. The open kitchen is fully-equipped including four hot plates, extraction fan and refrigerator. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink. There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. Quilts and pillows are available. The bungalow has a big terrace with garden furniture. It is electrically heated.

Heure is a rural village situated quite high up. There are various restaurants of very good quality in the village and the tourist information is located in the center (most of the marked hiking tours in the area will begin from here). Moressée is a few kilometers from Heure. The view is magnificent and there is complete silence, so it is very popular with hikers. Somal, a typical Ardennes village with half-timbered houses, is nearby, situated in a valley. The distance to Durbuy is ca 10 km, to Marche 8 km, to Rochefort 25 km. In the “Country of Valleys” there are plenty of activities organised throughout the year: each Wednesday morning: a market in Barvaux; each Sunday morning: a market in Bomal; the carnival of Marche-en-Famenne; Easter and chocolate markets in Durbuy; flower market and bird market in Marche-en-Famenne; and a Christmas fair and ice skating rink in Durbuy (weekends of December). Additionally, there are many sights nearby: the garden of the domain of Chevetogne with theme gardens; Durbuy, the world’s smallest town- visit the old town and box tree garden; the grottos of Han; the village Chardeneux, one of the most beautiful Walloon villages; or La Gallo Romaine in Rochefort (life of the Gallo-Romans). There are other activities possible such as: mountain biking (bike rental at 3 km), kayaking (10 km), horseback riding (5 km), golf (6 km) or a pool (6 km). Childrens’ activities include: the Domain of Chevetogne with 10 playgrounds, an outdoor pool and a petting zoo; 'Chez Grand-Père'; 'Wazaby' with 2 covered playgrounds; farmers’ golf in Heure (a variation of miniature golf); or the beach of the Ourthe in Noiseux.

Costs for electricity will be calculated on-site (0.23 euro per KW). The cost for pets is 5.00 euro per pet per day and a bed linen set can be rented for 7.00 euro (please indicate when booking). Different rental periods: 16/05 to 21/05; 22/12 to 26/12; 26/12 to 29/12; 22/12 to 29/12; 29/12 to 02/01; 02/01 to 06/01; and 29/12 to 06/01. If you have any questions, please contact us. Do not forget the following! Have you thought of everything on the list? Travel documents: passport, vouchers, directions? Everything to cover costs on-site (deposit, final cleaning and tax). Only cash or VISA/MasterCard will be accepted by the park. Sheets (in case you have not ordered them), bath towels and tea towels. You can inquire at the reception area for vouchers to various activities in the surroundings!
