This 3-room apartment is suitable for 7 persons, has an area of 36 m² and is situated upstairs. It includes a living room with a 2-person sofa bed, a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. The accommodation has a kitchenette with electric hotplates, mini-oven or microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate toilet. The interior layout is nice and simple and designed to offer you maximum fun. Blankets and pillows are provided. A set of extra services is also available, the payment of these ones is to be made on the spot.
You can admire the natural beauty of this area by bike, mountain bike or on foot. Cities like Geneva (50 km) and Annecy with its old downtown, as well as the famous Lake St. Claude, are very beautiful as well. In the surrounding area there is an old fortress, which is accessible to the public and where you can visit underground passages, or go on a special tour. You can also visit the caves of Cerdon, where visitors are transported by train. Good tips for a nice day include the waterfalls of Hérisson. At the reception desk you can get Auto-, GPS-, hiking-, cycling- and mountain biking guides. There are a lot of opportunities for sports here. For example: golf, horseback riding, summer luge, tree-climbing tours, mountain climbing, canoeing and Parapets. La Valserine lies in a vast skiing area which offers both Alpine and cross-country skiing. The ski lifts are located just 400 meters from La Valserine. The ski area lies at an altitude of between 900 and 1,670 meters. It is characterized by a wooded area and has a network of 50 km of ski slopes including 14 green, 11 blue, 10 red and 4 black. In addition, there are 80 snow cannons, 30 lifts and a snow park. Another ski resort in the neighborhood has 20 km of ski trails and 11 lifts. This ski area is located 5 km away and has a network of 140 km of cross-country trails. This area is located about 850 km from Utrecht and 50 km from Geneva, near Switzerland.

This holiday park is open from the beginning of July until the end of August.
Additional services (such as final cleaning, bed linen rental - included during winter season and the bathroom package) should be reserved at the time of booking and paid locally. A baby package is available (upon request) free of charge. Baby crib impossible to add for this type of accommodation.
Pets will be allowed for 5.20 €/day, provided they are mentioned at the time of reservation and have a current vaccination certificate/passport (must be presented upon arrival). Pets that are considered to be dangerous (especially dogs of category 1 and 2) and / or animals not considered as pets will not be allowed.
