The apartments are located on the first floor and each apartment has an area of approx. 40-60m² which includes two double bedrooms, a living room (with fridge, kettle, and coffee maker) and a bathroom with shower (toilet and sink). The bedrooms are furnished with single beds, the living room has a sofa, armchairs and a table. All apartments have a satellite TV, night tables and wardrobe. Some of the apartments have a balcony. There is a common area of approximately 90m²; here guests have the option of dining and cooking. The kitchen is fully-equipped including fridges, stove, microwave, kettle, pots, glasses, dinner service and a pine dining suite. Also in this room there is a play corner with a variety of toys for children. For families who arrive with children, the owners will provide a crib, highchair, etc.. Breakfast is available and guests can also enjoy meals on the large terrace where you have a wonderful view of the lake. The apartments have the full capacity of 18 persons, which means that if the house is full it is not overcrowded - guests can still relax undisturbed. The guesthouse has a WiFi Internet connection and a washing machine is available for guest's use.
Gyenesdiás is situated 100km from the western border of Hungary, in the west-Balaton region, 5-10 minutes from Keszthely and Hévíz (two of the most popular spas in Hungary). It is close to the Keszthely Mountains, in a wooded environment. The house is just 4km from Lake Balaton. It is an island of tranquility with a beautiful panoramic view of the lake. For nature lovers and hikers the Keszthely Mountains provide nearly unlimited opportunities for biking and hiking. The sights of neighboring towns, the water of the lake (which can warm to 25 degrees C in summer), 830 sunny hours in the summer, a long and mild autumn, various tourist attractions and activities like swimming, sailing, fishing, horseback riding, archery, shooting, hiking, Hungarian culture, cultural and sports activities, folklore, gastronomy, etc.- these continue to draw tourists to Gyenesdiás each season. This is an ideal destination for all age groups.
