This 2-room apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons and has an area of 33 m2. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and two terraces (one is covered). The living room has a double sofa bed, while the bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a pullout bed. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven and a refrigerator/ freezer. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. The terraces have garden furniture. For an additional fee you can reserve a linen set, bathroom set, final cleaning and/or a TV. You can also request a free baby kit (bed, bath, highchair and baby carrier), a changing pad and a bottle warmer. These extra services are to be paid on the spot. Pets will be allowed for an additional fee provided they have a current vaccination certificate. Breeds such as pit bulls, etc. are not allowed.
The tourist attractions and sporting activities near Espalion are quite diverse. There are a wide range of castles and beautiful towns such as the medieval Sainte-Foy abbey-church in Conques, Belcastel, Sauveterre-de-Rouerges, Rodez and many more. Sports activities include canoeing / kayaking on the Lot River, canyoning, climbing, fishing, donkey rides, caving, mountain biking (300 km of routes!) and walking. One of the most famous trails in this area is the route to Santiago de Compostela. The total length of routes around Espalion is 100 km, which can be made on foot, by horseback or mountain bike. The distance from Utrecht is 1080 km.

Extra services (linen set, bathroom set and final cleaning) are to be booked at the time of reservation and paid on-site. You can also request a free baby kit (bed, bath, highchair and baby carrier). Pets will only be allowed for an additional fee (5.20 euro/day) and if they have a current vaccination certificate. Breeds such as pit bulls, etc. are prohibited. There is also a mandatory deposit of 150 euro and a tourist tax: 0.40 euro/night/person from 18 years old and 0.20 euro/night/person for children between 10-18 years old, that must be paid on the spot.
