This beautiful cottage is located in Kupres, a small west Bosnian town known for its winter tourism. It is situated 120 km from Mostar, on the eastern side of the Kupreska polja. This advantageous geographical location, at an altitude of 1250 meters above sea level, combined with the high-alpine mountainous climate, guarantees 100 days of snow each winter and makes it an ideal destination for ski lovers. Apart from skiing you can enjoy sledding, night skiing and a trip on a sleigh or dogsled. If you do not have ski equipment you can rent it on site. Also in summer Kupres is a great place for all those who love a clean, unspoiled natural environment with opportunities for an active holiday. Kupres, with its mountains, is an ideal place to pursue para-gliding, mountaineering, hunting, horseback riding, off-road motorcycling and a variety of excursions. Local residents will welcome you in the surrounding restaurants where they are proud to serve home-made specialties. With possibilities for adventure, lots of clean fresh air, unspoiled nature and the friendly people of Kupres, you are sure to have a wonderful holiday here!

This brand new detached house is suitable for up to 10 persons. The total (residential) area of the villa is approximately 150 m². The layout of the ground floor is as follows: a hall, spacious living room and an open kitchen containing a fridge/freezer, cooker, extraction fan, coffeemaker and complete dinnerware for the above-mentioned number of guests. The living room has a color TV with remote control, furniture, a dining area, a lounge area and a cozy fireplace. There are five bedrooms in the dwelling. Three bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each while two bedrooms each have two single beds. You'll also find two bathrooms in the house, both are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The house has three balconies of which two offer a magnificent view of the track. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, centrifuge and dryer. Duvets, linen and pillows are available. You can park your car in the large parking lot.

Kupres is well above sea level (1120-1150 m) and on average there are 55 days per year of snow thanks to its advantageous location in the Dinaric Alps. This is a popular ski resort for Croatians, because it is close to the Croatian border and is very inexpensive. The city also has a large natural lake. The Croatian Kuna is often used for payment by a large number of Croatian tourists. There is an annual cultural and agricultural festival held in Kupres each July. The city has good road and bus connections (toward Tomislav Grad and Livno) and has a connection (via tunnel) with the nearby town of Bugojno.
