The detached villa "Poniente" is 5 minutes by car from the beautiful seaside resort Moraira and has a view over the valley and in the distance are the hills of the Costa Blanca. The villa has air conditioning and a private pool and is located south-west, so you can enjoy the sun until the end of the day. The villa has a terrace garden with many plants, a beautiful kidney shaped swimming pool with integral trap is present. The pool depth ranges from 1 to 2 meters. Right next to the pool you will find chairs and sun beds and from the top of the terrace you are overlooking the pool and there is also a covered terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The house has two floors, each with its own bathroom and sleeping areas. The top floor is the main house for up to 4 persons and the lower floor is for maximum 2 adults. In this classification the villa is ideal for grandparents with children and grandchildren or two families. You can choose to rent whether the main house, the upper floor of the villa, or to rent the entire property (including apartments). If you want to reserve the apartment please indicate in extra services. (You can not rent the apartment alone, so you will always have to share the apartment with other guests as well). Pets are not allowed. Within walking distance is also a larger public swimming pool, which is free for guests of Villa Poniente. In the villa are public tennis courts, bar, restaurants and a small supermarket. Villa Poniente is at 10 km from an 18 hole golf course.

The spacious villa is situated in a quiet residential area, built on a hillside with a sunny terrace and private pool. The total property is suitable for up to 6 people, spread over two floors on the upper floor, also called the main house. It has air conditioning. In the main house is a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a Naya (indoor greenhouse type), a balcony, the stairs to the pool, terrace and a laundry room. The living room has a sitting area with leather sofa and two luxury seats, a six-person dining area and a ceiling fan. The first bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of cupboard space. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of cupboard space. The second bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, double sink, dishwasher, electric oven, combination microwave oven, toaster, there is sufficient glass and ceramics, cutlery, cooking utensils, adequate cupboard space and a ceiling fan. It is equipped with comfortable furnishings and large windows, from where you have a magnificent view over the valley and the mountains. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the pool and the surroundings and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset or fireworks of a local Fiesta. A marble staircase leads you to the swimming pool, terrace and the laundry room. The laundry room has a sink, cupboards, washing machine, a clothes dryer, ironing board and steam iron. Here is the furniture stored. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, CD / tape / radio player, bedding, towels (NOT beach towels!), A welcome pack with basic supplies for the first days and central heating you have on request. Against a fee you can request a booking for a baby cot, high chair or pram. The bed linen and towels are changed once a week. For a fee you can request daily or midweek change reservations. Pets are not allowed. The apartment on the lower floor is not accessible from the main house. Has a large double bedroom, large living room, dining area, a kitchenette and a shower. The bedroom has a king size bed and also plenty of cupboard space. The living room has comfortable armchairs and a couch. The kitchen area has a kitchen with sink, microwave oven, cooking utensils, toaster and a kettle. The shower is equipped with a small sink, a toilet and a shower. This apartment is not as fancy as the main house, but it is an excellent option. There is an extra bedroom in the main house or as a toilet / shower for the pool. Near the summer kitchen is the covered terrace and the barbecue is also located. If you want to reserve this extra apartment you can specify at the additional services. Pets are not allowed.

The city Moiraira is about 8 km from Teulada. With the famous beach of Ampolla each year attracts many tourists. With an increasingly growing reputation as one of the traditional places on the Costa Blanca, Moirara manages the modern tourism with the old traditions. So if you want to combine sightseeing with beach life it takes you 5 minutes drive from the villa to Moraira. Moraira, is originally a fishing village, has a beautiful sandy beach, new avenues towards the port, hotels (but not high apartments), many shops, restaurants, bars, a weekly market on Friday and good parking. Just outside the place is a small bay located: El Portet. You will find a beautiful beach with a restaurant. Please note that here is difficult to find a parking space or you must come early. Some other interesting cities Javea, are at 10 km, an old city with the Arenal beach and promenade, restaurants masses, at the end of the beach is a beautiful marina. As well as the Montgo National Park. Denia is at 20 km it is an old town with restaurants and a marina, a heaven for boat trips and even trips to Ibiza. The city of Benidorm at 30 km distance, as well as many restaurants and shops, a water park called Aqualandia, a sea Mundamar World, a theme park Terra Mitica and Benidorm Palace with a great show. The cities of Alicante and Valencia are located about 1 hour drive away. The road along the coast provides regular spectacular vistas. But not only the coastline is impressive. The interior of the mountains are beautiful as the Jalón Valley and the mountain Bernia or the popular tourist village of Guadalest. In the surroundings you will also find many caves which are accessible to visitors.

You will be asked to keep clean and tidy the villa and leave the cleaning to the reservation to do so. If the villa is not clean, the cleaning money will be withheld from the deposit. The deposit will be transfered to your account after a week the inspection took place. It is not allowed to smoke in the villa.
