This is a special holiday accommodation situated in an old mill. It has a beautiful private pool and is surrounded by a wonderful green countryside. The mill is located approximately 5 km from the town of Levanto (and its beaches). You access the house via an old country road which runs between vineyards (then walk about 30 meters from your car). Levanto is a nice colorful town on the Ligurian coast. This gives you access to public transportation and the walking trails leading up to the Cinque Terre). Additional attractions nearby include: Varese Ligure (20 km), Sestri Levante (20 km), Bonassola (15 km), Cinque Terre (20 km) and Portofino (40 km).

A simple but originally furnished ancient mill house, immersed in the countryside about 5 km from Levanto and the beach. A vine covered path leads to the house from the main road, about 30 meters by foot. The house is divided on 2 floors; the ground floor consists of a double and twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has a large living room with a fireplace, telephone and access to a balcony,a double bedroom, kitchen, dining room with access to the terrace where there is a barbecue and a private swimming pool. Private parking. Central heating.

This part of Liguria has many bays which line the coast of the Riviera del Ponente. It is an exceptionally well-preserved piece of the Italian Riviera. During your holiday here you can enjoy the sun, sea and sand or hike through the beautiful countryside and visit quaint villages and towns in the vicinity. Levanto, with its many wine bars and restaurants, is a true resort town. Of course a visit to the famous Cinque Terre should not be missed! These five pastel-colored fishing villages on UNESCO’s World Heritage List are situated high up on the cliffs and because they are inaccessible by car, have remained very authentic. You can reach the Cinque Terre by train or on foot. A visit to the port of Genoa is also very worthwhile. Or how about a day in Tuscany? There are so many ways to enjoy the Liguria! Conditions of the landlord:

Parking is not free in Levanto. So if there is no parking at your cottage, we advise purchasing an unlimited parking ticket upon arrival, this way you can park anywhere in Levanto. The tourist office sells parking tickets. - bed and bath linen (to hire) 10 Euro /person/change.
- Garage 110 Euro / week in medium and high season
- Garage 90 Euro / week in low season
- Pets are allowed but client must pay double cleaning and deposit.

- Euro 50.00 is for the Parking Permit(but clients must find their own parking place), parking in the reserved parking area (outside) costs 70 Euro / week. As there is a high demand and a limited availability, PLEASE ASK FOR AVAILABILITY! before confirming the reservation.
In high season, and then in moments of great influx as June-July-August and September-the apartments are not available before 15:30
