These five apartments with balcony are located in the center of Levanto, only 50 meters from the beach. The shops and entertainment venues are within walking distance from the apartment. The location is ideal for a holiday by the sea or for a visit to Cinque Terre (which is part of Unesco's World Heritage List) with its beautiful landscapes and wonderful vistas of the sea. Levanto is known as the "port" to the Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre. In order to reach the Cinque Terre, you must take a train (the apartment is within walking distance of the train station). These five picturesque villages, virtually inaccessible by car, are interconnected by a railroad line and one of the most beautiful coastal footpaths in Europe. Walking along this route you have continuous panoramic views of the sea and surrounding terraced hills. It is bounded by walls, olive and lemon groves with some occassional small vineyards interspersed, from which the famous local white wine is made. And of course those beautiful flowers everywhere! Further inland you can walk through the fragrant maquis hills.

This 5-person apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment complex (with lift), in the center of Levanto. It is only about 50 meters from the beach. This simple apartment is fully-equipped. The living room has a double sofa, and the kitchen has a dining area and washing machine. From the kitchen you have access to the balcony. There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed, the other with three single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.

The cozy town of Levanto has a wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. In this part of Liguria, along the coast of the Riviera del Ponente, you will find many bays, ideal for a relaxing holiday! It is an exceptionally well-preserved part of the Italian Riviera. You can enjoy your holiday in the sun, sea and sand as well as take walks among the beautiful scenery on your way to visit some of the quaint villages and towns in the area. Levanto, with its many wine bars and restaurants (and a spa) is really a fantastic holiday place. Of course you cannot skip a visit to the famous Cinque Terre! These five pastel-colored fishing villages, which are on the list of World Heritage sites (UNESCO), are situated on the cliffs and have remained quite authentic due to the fact that they are inaccessibility by car. You can visit these places by train or on foot. A visit to the port city of Genoa is also very worthwhile. Or how about a day Tuscany? You can enjoy Liguria in many ways!

Conditions of the landlord:

Parking is not free in Levanto. So if there is no parking at your cottage, we advise purchasing an unlimited parking ticket upon arrival, this way you can park anywhere in Levanto. The tourist office sells parking tickets. - bed and bath linen (to hire) 10 Euro /person/change.
- Garage 110 Euro / week in medium and high season
- Garage 90 Euro / week in low season
- Pets are allowed but client must pay double cleaning and deposit.

- Euro 50.00 is for the Parking Permit(but clients must find their own parking place), parking in the reserved parking area (outside) costs 70 Euro / week. As there is a high demand and a limited availability, PLEASE ASK FOR AVAILABILITY! before confirming the reservation.
In high season, and then in moments of great influx as June-July-August and September-the apartments are not available before 15:30
