The Green Park Residence is hidden among the greenery just outside the lively town of Ventimiglia. It is a small-scale apartment complex of various levels built against the mountain slopes. Each level has a different type of apartment, ranging from a two-person studio to a spacious apartment for up to 6 persons. At the reception area there is a bar and small restaurant. Additional facilities of the park include a large swimming pool, a paddling pool for the littlest ones, a tennis court (rent by the hour) and a playground. The complex lies approximately 3 km from the beach and town center. It is quiet and green around the residence. Otherwise the environment can only be called breathtaking and quiet. Each apartment has a private terrace with garden furniture. Some of the accommodations offer a view of the town and sea while others offer a view of the mountains. Each apartment has its own parking space. The park is open from March to October but can be rented throughout the year.

This apartment is light, modern and well-furnished and can accommodate up to five persons. There is a bedroom furnished with a double bed. The living room has two sofa beds – one is suitable for 1 person, the other for 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, fridge and dining service. There is an attractive dining area with a round table and chairs. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub and toilet. Folding doors lead to a terrace complete with garden furniture. A TV, bath towels and bed linen can be rented locally.

The holiday park makes an excellent starting point for various trips into the surroundings. You can choose for the sun and beach or a mountain hike through the beautiful nature of the Ligurian Alps. Nearby there are many picturesque, medieval, small villages such as Dolce Aqua, Pigna and Apricale. Also, famous cities like San Remo, Menton, Nice and Monaco are easily and quickly accessible via the highway and a beautiful road which runs along the coast. Wonderful sandy beaches (with opportunities for windsurfing, water-skiing, dolphin spotting and coastal excursions), protected bays and imposing rocks lie within 10 km. In summer typical folk festivals are organized in many of the small towns in the area. Along the coast you will find good pizzerias and seafood restaurants. Even the famous botanical gardens of 'Giardini Hanbury'(+ / - 3 km) are nearby and highly recommended. At the end of May there is the famous Grand Prix of Monte Carlo, only 15 km away. In the vicinity of the accommodation there are small shops where you can buy typical Ligurian products such as pesto, Tapanade, wine and extra-virgin olive oil.

Conditions of the landlord:

The price includes:
- Water / Electricity
- Use of the pool (open from June to September)
- Playground for the children plus use of the tennis courts and table tennis table
- One parking space for a car.

The price does not include:
- Final cleaning, 40 euro for the apartment types A2-A3 and 60 euro for types B3-B4-B5-C6
- Bed linen, 7 euro (upon request)
- Towels, 7 euro (upon request)
- TV, 20 euro per week (upon request)
- Air-conditioning: House types A2-A3 - B3 cost 30 euro per week (upon request) and types B4 - B5 - C6 is 60,00 Euro / week. Only a few apartments are equipped with air conditioning is therefore necessary make the request at the time of booking!
- Extra bed, an additional 15% of the rental price (upon request)
- Crib, 20 euro per week (upon request)

- Heating, according to use (upon request).

In the valley behind the complex there is a marshalling/classification yard which may cause some noise pollution.
