This modern and spacious park is situated in a beautiful location on the Zeeland island of Tholen, at the edge of the village of Saint Annaland. It is a great place for nature lovers and those seeking a little peace and quiet. The park is located at the beach on the eastern part of the island, near Grevelingen. From the chalet you can see the dike which leads to the beach. The park is next to the marina of Saint Annaland. In the park there is plenty of opportunity for relaxation. In the restaurant you can use the wireless Internet network. The entire complex is situated on the Krabbenkreek, which connects Grevelingen and the Easter Sheldt (situated next to the marina). The location of the park provides the opportunity to enjoy nature, water sports, cycling and hiking. It also makes an excellent base for exploring the environment on and around the Zeeland islands.

This comfortable chalet is suitable for up to 4 persons. The total (residential) area of the chalet is approximately 65 m². The layout is as follows: a hall and a spacious, light living room with modern furniture. The living room has a color TV with remote control and central heating. Furthermore, the chalet has a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, 4-hob stove with extraction fan, combi microwave and dinnerware for the above mentioned number of guests. The chalet has two bedrooms, one furnished with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Duvets and pillows are provided, linen can be rented (mandatory). Outside on the spacious terrace sufficient garden furniture is available. There is parking for two cars at the chalet. There is also a central parking lot at the main building.

The island of Tholen, with its picturesque towns and villages, is a unique island. The many flowered polder dikes and narrow roads make the area particularly attractive for cyclists and hikers. In the vicinity of the park you will find the village of Saint Annaland, where a variety of shops and restaurants can be found. The more than forty-kilometer-long sea wall protects the land from the sea. The Eastern Scheldt is popular with fishermen and water sportsmen. Today Tholen is accessible from all sides. The island of Sint Philipsland is accessible via the Philipsdam and is connected to Schouwen-Duiveland while the Isle of Tholen is connected to South Beveland by the Oesterdam. Three bridges connect Tholen with Sint Philipsland in the province of North Brabant. Opportunities for water sports are plentiful here. Divers, surfers, sailors and pleasure boaters are sure to enjoy the area. Of course, if you prefer, you can just daydream on one of the many beaches. Nature lovers, cyclists and those seeking a little peace and quiet come to visit one of the most beautiful islands of Zeeland. The accessibility of the North Sea beaches as well as cities such as Bruges, Antwerp and Breda and Dutch villages like Zierikzee, is very good.

Conditions of the landlord:

1. De maximum snelheid op het park is 15 kilometer per uur. Er is plaats voor één auto op de parkeerplaats bij het recreatieverblijf, parkeer andere auto's op de parkeerplaats naast de slagboom of vraag aan de beheerder of de auto op een andere plaats geparkeerd kan/mag worden, zeer zeker is het niet toegestaan de auto op het gazon te parkeren. 2. Bezoekers dienen te parkeren op de buiten de slagboom gelegen parkeerplaatsen voor algemeen gebruik. 3. Gemotoriseerd verkeer is alleen toegestaan op de verharde wegen en uitsluitend om van uw recreatieverblijf naar de uitgang te rijden en v.v. 4. Ieder die het park betreedt, dient maatschappelijk aanvaardbaar gedrag te vertonen. 5. Men dient zoveel mogelijk rekening te houden met de overige bewoners van het park. 6. Het voortbrengen van onredelijk hinderveroorzakende muziek is derhalve uitdrukkelijk niet toegestaan. 7. De avondrust tussen 23.00 uur en 07.30 uur dient gerespecteerd te worden, en wel zodanig dat door het sluiten van ramen en deuren geen geluid naar buiten doordringt. 8. Het wassen van auto’s is op het park niet toegestaan. 9. De op het park toegestane huisdieren mogen niet loslopen en dienen aangelijnd te worden uitgelaten buiten het recreatiepark. 10. Huisdieren in de slaapkamer is niet toegestaan 11. Controleer bij het verlaten van het chalet of alle lampen uitstaan ramen dicht zijn, en draai de thermostaat op 5ºC. (dit voorkomt onnodig energie verbruik) 12. Het is niet toegestaan om het park op een andere manier te verlaten of te betreden dan via de hoofdingang of door de poorten van het hekwerk.(dus niet over de sloot springen) 13. Bij einde verblijf vuilniszakken deponeren in afvalcontainers voor bij de ingang en tuinmeubelen terug in tuinhuisje plaatsen. 14. Bij einde verblijf bedlinnen verzamelen bij voordeur 15. U dient op de vertrekdag voor 10.00 uur (’s morgens) de sleutel van het recreatieverblijf in te leveren bij de receptie.
