This stylish house dates from 1874 and was completely renovated in 2008. Although renovated, the house still retains its former atmosphere. The house has no less than 340 m2 of living space and is ideal for large families or groups of up to 14 persons. The ground floor is barrier free and suitable for wheelchair users. Heating is by way of floor heating and radiators, but there is also a wood-burning stove for additional heating. The stock of firewood can be used indefinitely. The new kitchen is situated next to the stove for some nostalgic cooking, baking or frying. The kitchen contains a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, refrigerator and dishwasher. The corner opposite the stove has seating for 14 people. A highchair is available. In the next room there is the TV area with satellite TV and DVD player, radio with CD player, a small library and a sofa bed for 2 persons. The spacious downstairs bathroom (30 m2) has a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink, and is adapted for wheelchairs. The master bedroom (25 m2) upstairs is also suitable for wheelchairs and is equipped with twin beds and a washbasin. In the auxiliary room there is a new washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The upper floor (170 m2) has 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and three of the bedrooms also have a single bed. A crib is available upon request. All rooms are equipped with a sink, 3-piece wardrobe, desk and two chairs. One room has a private toilet and on the landing there is a second toilet. In the bathroom there is the third toilet along with a bathtub, shower and 2 sinks. The new furniture and beds contribute to the pinnacle of comfort.
This house is situated in the Broumovské Steny conservation area. The famous Adršpach Teplice rock park is just a short (walking) distance away (5 km). The sandstone rock formations of Adršpach are world famous and attract thousands of tourists each year. Therefore, this is a well-developed tourist area with opportunities for hiking and biking, mountaineering and horseback riding. The region is very suitable for an active holiday. There are swimming pools in Meziměstí (4 km), Teplice (5 km) and Police (10 km) plus there are several lakes nearby which you can swim in. In the summer there are cultural programs held in the area such as theater and a series of classical concerts in the exceptional surroundings of the baroque churches in the villages and in the garden of the Broumov monastery. There are also excursions organized for guests including a walking tour; a visit to a brewery or the monastery of Kreszów; the underground works near Osówka which date from the Second World War; or the castle of Ksias in Walbrzych. These excursions include Dutch guides. The area around the house is unique for its numerous birds, wildlife and the tranquility and space it offers.

A maximum of 1 dog will be allowed (by request). The pet should have a crate to sleep in.

A linen package includes: mattress protector, mattress cover, quilt cover sheet and demolition.
Please bring your own bath and kitchen towels.
The child pool has a diameter of 3.60 meters and is available for use in July and August.
