This authentic Sicilian farmhouse (Agritourism) is situated in the Noto Valley, in the southeastern part of the island of Sicily. The holiday complex consists of six accommodations surrounded by typical southern Mediterranean vegetation. It is only a few kilometers from the sea and beaches. Thanks to its location - on a hill about 140m above sea level - you can enjoy a magnificent 360 degree view of the valley and sea. The owner lives on the farm and produces and sells homemade olive oil, Sicilian pesto, almond products, various jams (orange, mandarin, cedar), limoncello liquor, verdello grapes, wine and vinegar from nero d'avola as well as many other products. In addition, guests can pick fruit and vegetables from the garden (depending on the season). There are regular half-day cooking courses organized. If you are interested, please register in advance. You can also take a tour of the Wine Route, where you will receive information about the process and have the opportunity to taste various wines at some vineyards along the way. There is even a tour available for olives. Facilities of the house include a laundry and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. The area has its own self-service car wash and parking lot.

This ground-floor studio can accommodate two adults and has an area of about 60m². The living room has a double bed. If you would like to rent this accommodation with a third or fourth child, a bunk bed can be added. The corner kitchen, which adjoins the living room, is equipped with a 2-burner gas cooker, fridge/freezer and Italian coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Guests of this apartment have a private terrace with garden furniture at their disposal. This house has central heating, air-conditioning and a TV.

This accommodation is located about 8 km from the beaches of Lido di Noto, known for their fine golden colored sand. The area around the home is suitable for horseback riding or hiking through the woods. You can also visit an old castle in the neighborhood or admire the architecture of historic cities like Noto. This ancient city is known as one of the most important baroque towns in Italy and along with other places in the Val di Noto (valley) is part of UNESCO’s World Heritage list. Other great baroque cities that are easily accessible include Modica,Ragusa, Scicli and Ispica. 30km away lies the beautiful old city of Syracuse. The environment around the city is famous for its Vendicari Nature Park where you will find the biggest gorge in Europe, "Gola Cava Grande". A true paradise for nature lovers! Even the beautiful nature park of ETNA, with its breathtaking and spectacular volcano (the largest in Europe) is only half an hour away by car. Around the volcano you will find beautiful old towns like Taormina, Naxos and Acireale. The island has always played an important economic and cultural role in Europe due to its strategic location in the Mediterranean. Sicily has a lot of monuments left behind by the various peoples who have tried to conquer the island down through the centuries. Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and has a mild climate. The island contains beautiful nature and some of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, as well as many small islands situated near the coast. Active volcanoes such as Etna and Stromboli, high mountains and beautiful valleys are typical of the Sicilian landscape and are among Sicily's most beautiful and memorable tourist spots.

The price includes: - Gas / Water / Electricity - Heating – Air-conditioning - 1 pet. Price does not include: Bed linen and bath towels 10 euro per person - Final cleaning 15 euro – You can request a transfer for a fee. This will be arranged for you by the landlord. You can order an Italian breakfast for 3 euro per person / day. Guests of the holiday complex have a washing machine available, where you can wash for a small fee. Arrival is between 4:00 and 8:00 pm. Departure is by 11:00 am.
