The island of Chios is comprised of beautiful landscapes, green pastures, lime trees and vinyards. There are wonderful beaches, both with sand and with pebbles. Chios is sure to be an experience as the island still has a purely Greek atmosphere and a relaxed way of life.

This house is fully furnished. Blankets, linen and towels are present. In the living room there is a fireplace and electric climate control (cold and warm). The open kitchen has cookware, a refrigerator, electric hot-plate and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with 2 single beds, the other has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet at your disposal. There is also a covered terrace with garden furniture. The house is suitable to rent year round as the average temperature here is 20 C.

Chios has a rich history and a varied landscape, from mountains to citrus fields. Lush vegetation with lots of greenery, high mountains, wide plains and beautiful mountain tops adorned with fir trees make the island a very special place. Nenita is a coastal village south of the island capital of Chios. In Nenita everything is still authentic. Beautiful small traditional houses in narrow streets paint a picturesque image. Mass tourism has yet to discover Nenita. These entirely new apartments lie in the town center so everything can be reached on foot.

You can visit several villages within a 1.5 mile radius.

If you book for one week, arrival and departure are on Saturdays. If you make your reservation online, you will receive an invoice per e-mail immediately. 1 week before your departure you will receive an information packet with (if necessary) your flight papers or data concerning car rental. If you damage the owner's property, the costs will be passed on to you on the spot. For booking flights or hiring a car please contact the landlord.

House rules.

1. Don't throw toilet paper in the toilet after use but in the proper trash bin next to the toilet.
2. Replace the trash bin lining by inserting a new polythene bag. Chuck the old bag in the container located at the corner of the street.
3. Clean the drain and the bathtub regularly after use. Once a week a lady comes to clean the house.
4. Towels are for domestic use, so don't take them to the beach.
5. Breakage should be reported to Dimitri Latines (sweet shop) in Nenita.
6. Bed linen is replaced once a week and belongs to the inventory of the house.
7. Garbage must be dumped in the big container at the corner of the main street.
8. Please remove empty bottles and other empty containers and put these in the container too, before you leave.
9. Upon departure, empty the refrigerator, turn it off and leave its door ajar. Bring in the washing machine, tidy up the the kitchen and the shower. Remove the things you aren't taking along or put them ready for removal by the cleaning lady.
10. Don't forget to turn down the black knob of the main switch.
11. Please leave the place neat and tidy.
