This 2-room apartment is suitable for 5-6 persons and has an area of 35 m2. It features a living/dining room, 1 bedroom, an extra sleeping area, a kitchenette, bathroom, separate toilet and small terrace or balcony. The living room is luxuriously furnished and includes a sofa bed. The bedroom has two single beds. In the partially separated additional sleeping area, located near the entrance, there is a bunk bed. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and electric coffee maker. The bathroom is fully-equipped and includes a heated towel rail. The apartment also has a safe and telephone (by request at the reception). From the terrace or balcony you have a view of the pool or garden. Bed linen is included. Additional fees apply for a set of towels, cleaning kit, baby kit, TV rental, final cleaning and an extra change of linen. Pets will be allowed (for a fee) if they have a valid vaccination certificate and are kept on a leash.

In the bistros, restaurants, upscale boutiques, cinemas and nightclubs you will find the rich and famous enjoying life. Sporting activities in the area include tennis, diving, hiking and of course, golf. For a fun afternoon out, take a trip to the Bay of Canoubiers where you can marvel at the villas of the celebrities. Of course the islands of Levant, Porquerolles and Port Cros, the three capes of Camarat, Taillat and l’Ardier are also worth visiting. Along the coast of Saint Tropez, running all the way to Cavalaire, there is a trail with a total length of 36.5 km. 500 meters from the accommodation lies a bakery. 1 km away, in the direction of Saint Tropez, there is a small supermarket. A slightly larger supermarket is located 2 km away and at a distance of 5 km there is a hypermarket.

Conditions of the landlord:
At your disposal you will find an open air, non-heated swimming pool, open from April to the end of September, sauna with entrance fee, to be reserved, 1 tennis court (to be reserved), cold, non-alcoholic drinks for sale, fee-paying WiFi access, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor, closed car park with code. For an additional fee you can rent a TV, bed linen change, a towel set, final cleaning or a baby kit (crib, baby bath and highchair).
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
Pets are admitted for an additional fee and if they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
Also you can make reservation of sauna or of the tennis court.
