In the apartment there is also 1 bedroom with 2 pull out beds, 1 sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom and individual toilet.

Les Orres is a commune in the Hautes-Alpes department of southeastern France. It is a beautiful mountainous area with a Mediterranean touch. The facilities here are of a high level and you will find a variety of organized sports and cultural events organized throughout the year. Of course you can participate in the typical sports like hang gliding, rafting, hiking, escalade, quad riding and mountain biking. There is also an adventure forest, tennis courts, summer toboggan run and a public swimming pool. For relaxation you can visit Les Orres which has a massage salon and sauna as well as a library and music concerts. You will also find several playgrounds for children not to mention a number of organized activities. During the summer season there is a creche (child nursery) for children 6 months to 6 years of age. For children 6 to 12 years of age there are special kids' sporting activities and games. Children have a special place in Les Orres and will find everything they need for a great holiday. About 15 kilometers from Les Orres lies the 9000 hectare Lac de Serre-Ponçon (lake) where you can enjoy a variety of water sports. It has several beaches complete with lifeguards. 2 kilometers from the center there is a small lake where you can swim. It also has beaches with lifeguards, shops and water sports activities. No matter what part of the year you choose to visit Les Orres, you will not have time to become bored!

Starting from summer season 2014, in order to ensure that the clients will leave the accommodations in a perfectly state of cleanness, a new cleaning deposit was added to the usual deposit. The amount of this second deposit is equal to the value of the final cleaning and varies according to the capacity of the accommodation. This new cleaning deposit is not applicable to the clients who have opted to pay for the final cleaning service. The final cleaning deposit is not cashed by the residence. If a client pays by cheque then the cheque is kept and destroyed in front of the client upon departure or the client will sign a guarantee on their credit card for this deposit. If clients choose to pay by cash, the amount will be returned upon departure. We need to receive your payment within 48 hours or you need to send us a valid proof of you payment in that time. Otherwise we are not able to keep your reservation after these 48 hours. The payment obligation will not lapse after this time.
