This former farm, where at the end of the 19th century pasta was produced and sold, is a green oasis in the rural village of Greve, in Chianti. Situated not far from restaurants, cafes, shops and the historic square of the village, you can enjoy its tranquil garden with swimming pool, barbecues, hammocks and even a playground for children. This old farmhouse has been lovingly restored yet still exudes its traditional Tuscan atmosphere. The holiday complex comprises two buildings which have been divided into 14 apartments plus 5 rooms. Additional facilities include wireless Internet, a laundry and private parking.

This type of apartment has an area of about 70sm, it is suitable for 4 to 7 people and it can be located on either the ground floor or first floor. The living room has a kitchen corner which contains a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, Italian coffee maker and all the necessary to cook. In the living room there is also a double sofabed. In the apartment, there are two double bedrooms ( all bedrooms can be twin on request ).In one of the bedrooms a third or fourth bed can be added, depending on how many people the house has been reserved for. The bathroom has a shower (or bathtub and shower), bidet and toilet. A hairdryer is available upon request. Guests of the complex can use the large furnished terrace in the garden, a great place to enjoy your lunch or dinner. All apartments are equipped with central heating and a satellite TV.

In the famous Chianti wine region, between the cities of Florence (km22) and Siena (km34), close to historic towns like Certaldo, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni (just to mention a few), lies the village of Greve. In the beautiful surroundings of Greve you can go hiking, cycling or horseback riding. From the village several marked trails begin. You can also visit various wine cellars where you can enjoy all the variations of the Chianti wine. Guests have the opportunity to participate in organized mountain bike tours or you can go shopping at one of the many pottery outlets. Cooking courses are also organized here. A little further away you can visit other famous Tuscan cities like Pisa, Lucca and Arezzo ( less than 100km away). For golfers there is the Ugolino Golf Club located 15km from Greve.
