This beautiful small holiday complex is situated on theislandofElba, about 10 km from the Tuscan coast. Elba is the largest island of the Tuscan archipelago and at 224 km² is the third largest Italian island afterSicilyandSardinia. The holiday complex is only 1 km from the beautiful bays of Zuccale and Barabarca. These bays consist of sand and fine gravel and are beautifully situated among the typical Mediterranean vegetation. The complex consists of 17 dwellings scattered along a green area of 14,000 m². Facilities of the complex include a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and child pool, a playground, barbecues, sun loungers, garden furniture and a bocce court. You can enjoy a variety of sports here such as archery and beach volleyball. You can rent bicycles on-site and use the common laundry. There is a shaded parking lot for your car. The holiday complex has received the prestigious Ecological Quality EMAS II / ECOLABEL award. This award was developed for accommodations and services that deal with nature in a conscientious and respectful way. Examples include: the use of green building techniques employing natural materials (water-based paint, recycled wood, natural insulation) and an environmental policy aimed at energy conservation, without sacrificing comfort.

This apartment is located on the first floor and has an area of approximately 60m². It is suitable for 4 to 6 persons. The living / dining room has a single bed and a corner kitchen (equipped with a gas stove, coffee maker, fridge / freezer and kettle). There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one of these bedrooms there is an additional bed. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer. All apartments were built using environmentally friendly techniques and natural materials such as water-based paints, recycled wood and natural insulation. All apartments are comfortably furnished, have central heating, a satellite TV, WiFi Internet connection and their own (partially) covered terrace with furniture.

TheislandofElbais part of the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago, together with the other islands of Pianosa, Capraia, Montecristo, Giglio and Giannutri. The island has a typical Mediterranean climate with mild winters (10°), pleasant springs and autumns (temperatures between 19° -23°) and summer temperatures of 26-28° (in July and August). Thanks to its many beautiful bays with beaches and cliffs, picturesque marinas, vineyards and pine trees as well as old villages with narrow streets,Elbahas become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region. The holiday complex is situated at the foot of the hill of Capoliveri. In summer, in the center of the medievalvillageofCapoliveri, there are various events such as Elba Jazz, Festivalbar, etc. Here you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. At the reception desk of the holiday complex you can get information or arrange for various excursions and special tourist programs (weekend stays, mini-cruises, etc). You can also get information on activities such as diving, canoeing, fishing, sailing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, free-climbing and paragliding. Within minutes you can reach many beaches including Zuccale, Barabarca, Naregno, Lido di Capoliveri and Madonna delle Grazie.

Pets are allowed. They are not permitted in the common areas and may not roam around freely. The price includes: - Gas / Water / Electricity / Heating - Use of the pool and its garden furniture - Private parking space - Archery (with advance reservation), Playground, bocce court and beach volleyball -- 1 pet from 12.06.09 to 13.09.09. Not included are: - Final cleaning 50 euro - Extra bed 10 euro per day - 1 pet in the period 13.06.09 to 12/09.09 (15 euro per day). You can rent bed linen and towels. The cost is 15 euro per person. You can order (Italian) breakfast for 8 euro per person / day. The room service breakfast costs 12 euro per person / day, extensive bio breakfast costs 15 euro per person / day. Arrival is between 12:00 and 1:00 pm and departure is by 9:00 am.
