This apartment is located in a historic building dating from the year 1200. It lies amidst the green hills of Umbria, situated between the towns of Perugia and Assisi. The house, which has been completely renovated, consists of 5 apartments and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with roses and olive trees. You can enjoy the wonderful swimming pool (5 x 11m) and sunny terrace complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. From the pool you can also enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. The common breakfast room offers a delicious breakfast including cakes and homemade jams (breakfast must be booked in advance). Facilities of the mansion include a tavern with a fireplace, a wood-burning stove where you can bake delicious pizzas and a common barbecue and laundry.

This luxurious second-floor apartment has an area of approximately 170m² and can accommodate 6 to 11 persons. There is a spacious dining room with a fireplace and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped including, among other things, a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and Italian coffeemaker. Through the spacious and comfortable living room you reach the loft where you will find a double bed sofa. There are three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed while the third [large] bedroom has 5 single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub the other with a shower. Both bathrooms are fully-equipped including bidet, toilet and hairdryer. This house is rustic and comfortably furnished and has central heating and a TV with DVD player.

This house occupies a strategic position allowing you to make excursions to a number of historic cities in Umbria like Perugia (19km), Assisi (14km), Gubbio (30km), Todi (50 km) and Spoleto (64km). Furthermore, the owner organizes hikes in the beautiful and picturesque landscape of the Park of Monte Cucco nature reserve. Mt. Cucco is one of the finest and most spectacular places in central Italy. Due to its pleasant weather and the wind and thermal currents, the nature reserve is an extraordinary place for paragliding. In addition, the geographical and geological landscape of the park makes it ideal for many outdoor activities such as walking, hiking, canyoning, horseback riding, fishing, cross-country skiing and mountain biking. Mountain bike enthusiasts are sure to enjoy the numerous trails of different lengths and difficulty levels on Mt. Cucco and in the surrounding valleys. Magnificent historic cities such as Perugia and Assisi are within fifteen minutes by car. Perugia is only 19km away and is known for its history and beautiful scenic location. Assisi (14km), the holy city of San Francesco, is a medieval city that has remained unchanged for many centuries and is still protected by massive ramparts. There are many events organized throughout the year near your accommodation. Some examples include the "CALENDIMAGGIO” in Assisi. This event is a wonderful remembrance of life during the Middle Ages. It is held during the Renaissance month of May. In the month of October EUROCHOCOLATE is held in Perugia. This is an exhibition dedicated to the culture of chocolate and is held in the center of the city.
