Sukošan is an attractive little town situated on a bay, 11 km southeast of Zadar

. The small charming coastal bays, sandy beaches and crystal clear [warm] water help make it a favorite with vacationers. The apartments are part of a family house surrounded by lush greenery, situated just 500 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the town center where you will find shops, cafes and restaurants. The house has a total of 4 apartments, each with a satellite TV, air-conditioning, balcony, kitchen and central heating. All accommodations have a parking space with surveillance. There is a large barbecue and some garden furniture on the terrace, which is surrounded by lush vegetation. An ideal place for a garden party!

This comfortable air-conditioned, first-floor accommodation has an area of 40m2 and is suitable for 4 persons. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while two additional persons can sleep on the sofa in the living room. The nicely furnished living room opens to the bathroom and a balcony, from where guests can enjoy a splendid view. There is a dining room and a separate kitchen, where you will find all the necessary cooking and serving equipment such as a stove, refrigerator, crockery, pots and pans, etc.

Due to the mild Mediterranean climate, this place is a suitable destination for rest and relaxation year round. Here you are in the soft lap of lush vegetation. With its great "Dalmacian" port, Sukošan is a paradise for boat owners and sailors. There are, on land and at sea, a multitude of islands and national parks. This area is also well-known as a place of vineyards, olive orchards, lush vegetation and friendly residents. There is a rich supply of recreational facilities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant vacation. The remaining old buildings of the city and the surrounding walls provide a special atmosphere to this magical destination. The ruins of the ancient archbishop's palace rise up from the sea in the port. Sukošan is an ideal place for those who are looking for wonderful nature and a number of sports facilities.
