This apartment with underfloor heating has an area of 61 m2 and can accomodate up to 3 (5) persons with children. It includes a large living room with sitting corner and dining table, sofa bed, satellite TV and radio with CD player. There is a master bedroom with double bed and single bed and high chair and baby bed on request . There is also a exclusive country-style kitchen with convection electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, bread machine, etc. At your disposal is a bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. and a drying room with washer and dryer. Towels and linens are provided.

Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price! The Sauerland is also known as the “land of a thousand mountains” and consists of high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, dense forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and diverse natural areas in Germany. Hiking is possible (at each difficulty / endurance level) thanks to an extensive network of hiking trails which run hundreds of kilometers through a diverse nature with beautiful views. The city of Winterberg, with a population of about 4500, is known for its huge winter sports facilities and lies near the Dutch border. However, throughout the year there is plenty to do here like mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golf and mini-golf. The area has a wide variety of cultural, architectural and historical monuments. Various parks and wildlife parks are waiting to be discovered. In the vicinity you will also find plenty of options for children. For example, there is the Peter Pan Neverland amusement park; the Mäuseweg, with all sorts of things waiting to be discovered in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For older children there is a climbing route, summer toboggan run and bungee jumping. You can also visit one of the pools in the area, complete with slides and plenty of water!
