This villa with pool consists of 7 spacious apartments / studios and is located in Arezzo, in Tuscany. The estate comprises 2 acres and is completely fenced. It was formerly used as a monastery. The old convent has been transformed into a splendid villa, which is now also an established flower farm. You can stroll through the beautifully landscaped Italian gardens with their many different types of flowers and plants. In the middle of the garden you will find a beautiful pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Facilities of the estate include 3 great barbecues with tables and chairs so you can enjoy an evening meal outdoors in this spacious and beautiful environment. There is sufficient indoor parking available. The owner also provides gardening courses. Part of the villa can be rented (upon request) for conferences.

This studio has an area of 30m² and can accommodate 2 adults. It is located on the ground floor. The house has a double bed, kitchen corner and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The kitchen contains a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and an Italian coffee maker. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and has a 32-inch TV with satellite connection, DVD player, stereo and access to wireless internet. This apartment is also suitable for the disabled.

You will find this magnificent estate situated among the rolling hills of Tuscany, just a short distance from the walls of the medieval city of Arezzo. The villa is easily accessible by public transport. Just 100 meters away lies the railway station for the town. Arezzo is located on a hill in eastern Tuscany, near the Apennines. The town of Arezzo was once one of the most important of the Etruscan cities. In later times it became a strategic Roman city. The beautiful surroundings of the city contain lush valleys, nature parks and forests which are ideal for hiking. You can also take trips to other medieval towns such as: Civitella in Val di Chiana (15 km) or Castelluccio (8km). By bicycle you can reach neighboring areas (you can rent bicycles on the estate). Ancient cities like Florence (70 km), Siena (65 km) and Cortona (30 km) etc are also easily accessible. Even Lake Trasimeno (60 km) and Perugia (80 km) are just a little more than an hour away. Rome is about 2 hours by train or car. At a distance of about 6km you will find a golf course. There are also riding stables nearby where you can go for trail rides on horseback.

House Rules: - Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Please do not smoke in the living room either. - In the pool you are requested not to cause noise that could disturb other guests. - If you would like to use the barbecue please clean it after use. - Please bring your laundry to the relevant drying area to hang dry. - Owners of small dogs are asked to clean up their dog’s droppings. - If you would like, you can reserve breakfast and / or dinners at the time of booking. Breakfast / dinner are served in the common room. The price includes: - Gas / water / electricity- Bed and bath linen, kitchen linen and towels (with weekly change for the pool) - Use of the pool and common barbecue , - dehumidifier. - WiFi Internet

Not included in the price are: - extra linen change, 15 EUR for per two persons (upon request)
-Final cleaning 50 EUR (mandatory) - 1 small pet 5 EUR per day (upon request)
-Deposit: 200 Eur/flat.
-Extra cleaning: 15 EUR (upon request) - Housekeeper: 13 EUR per hour (upon request)
