This luxurious 3-room apartment is suitable for 6 persons and has an area of about 50 m2.
The ground floor consists of a beautiful living room with a fireplace and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons plus a kitchen equipped with vitroceramic hotplate, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and extraction fan. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The accommodation also features a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The following facilities are at your disposal: fee-paying internet at the reception; free outdoor car park; etc. Payment for the extra services is to be made locally.
This resort lies at an altitude ranging from 1500 to 2600 meters and is therefore ideal for experienced skiers. The ski area is approximately 180 km long and has 15 green runs, 26 blue, 34 red and 5 black. The resort has 50 lifts and 252 snow cannons plus in Pra Loup there is a rider park, two sledding slopes and 5 rider cross. There are also plenty of other sporting activities possible including snowmobiling, snowshoe treks, tennis (indoor court), quad biking, paragliding, ice skating (natural ice rink) and more! Approximately 7 km away there is a cinema and bowling alley. Most shops are centrally located in an outdoor gallery which has 17 boutiques, 28 restaurants, 4 bars, a post office and an ATM. Winter events include the Snowball Tour Generoglisse and fireworks. The National Park Mercantour is perfect for snow hiking and in Barcelonnette there is even a chocolate museum!

Conditions of the landlord:
This residence is ideal for a holiday rental, as it is situated at 800 m from the new cable car with 10 places and from a small supermarket.
At your disposal you will find an indoor heated swimming pool (to be booked, swimming cap and trunks obligatory), sauna and hammam with entrance fee (to be booked), fee-paying WiFi at reception, free outdoor car park (1 parking spot per apartment) and fee-paying indoor car park (limited number of places). There is also free shuttle in the resort, leaving from the residence every 30 minutes.
For an additional fee you can rent towels, a baby kit (crib, baby bath and highchair) or final cleaning. Also against a fee you can use the launderette or you can have a change of bed linen set. Initially, bed linen is included in rental price, but for a new change there is a fee.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee and dogs have to be kept on a lead within the residence. Fresh bread and croissants, fire-wood at reception (to be reserved the day before).
Deposit and tourist tax must be paid on the spot. The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.
