This accommodation is wonderfully situated in the resort town of Winterberg

, in the midst of the beautiful nature of the Sauerland. From the apartment you can immediately access the ski resort - the 1st lift is practically at your doorstep!
In the summer you can begin (Nordic) walking or mountain biking from here. Those fond of sightseeing can take a trip to a variety of picturesque villages in the area, complete with wonderful half-timbered houses. Cyclists also have a lot of possibilities. In the neighborhood you will also find a park, a bike park with various challenging tracks, a shopping mall with a supermarket and a swimming pool. For adolescents, there is even a disco.
In Winterberg you will find restaurants for all tastes. In summer, the many bistros and cafés await you with their beer gardens.

This apartment has a total area of 45 m2 and is suitable for up to 3 persons. It includes a bedroom furnished with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
Besides a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, water jug, oven, toaster, microwave and coffeemaker, there is a living and dining area with a sofa bed (for an extra person) with all the necessary comforts. There is also a room for storing skis and a deep-level garage. The house has an elevator. You must bring your own hand and dish towels. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price.

The High Sauerland, also known as 'the land of a 1000 mountains' consists of high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, windy roads, hilly meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is truly one of the most beautiful and diverse natural areas in Germany, if not the best. For hikers there are trails of all difficulty levels and for all physical conditions which run hundreds of (beautiful) kilometers through the countryside and offer magnificent panoramic views of the surroundings. The city of Winterberg, with a population of approx. 4500 inhabitants, is mainly known for its winter sports facilities. Situated near the Dutch border, tourists will find plenty of opportunities here year round: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golf and mini-golf. The closest ski lift is only 100m away. The area also has wonderful cultural, architectural and historical landmarks. Several national parks and wildlife parks are located in the area and await your discovery. In the immediate vicinity there are also numerous opportunities for children. For example, there is the Peter Pan Neverland theme park; the Mäuseweg with all sorts of things waiting to be discovered in the forest; and the observation tower on the Kahler Asten. For older kids there is a climbing route, a summer toboggan run and bungee jumping. If the weather is not so good, you can visit one of the pools in the area complete with water slides and plenty of water fun!
