This holiday house is part of the hospitable and versatile holiday park of Assen, in Drenthe. In the heart of an ancient forest, it is surrounded by trees, singing birds and squirrels scurrying around. This is a place where you can truly relax, yet at the same time enjoy everything the park has to offer! The immediate area is perfect for hiking and cycling. In the morning wake up to silence, while during the day the park is bustling with activity. The spacious layout of the park means there are quiet parts and parts where you can expect more activity, yet without interfering with each other. For guests who are looking for diversity in a unique place, the park is situated not far from lively cities like Assen and Groningen. Like all homes in the park, this luxurious detached bungalow is spacious, attractively and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to 6 persons. And ... the beautiful countryside, lovely towns and picturesque villages that Drenthe has to offer are free! - Are you vacationing with a group? You can reserve houses next to each other.

On the ground floor you'll find a living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom. The comfortable and cozy living room contains a color TV (cable), radio and telephone. The modern kitchen has appliances like a microwave and 4-burner stove. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. On the ground floor is one bedroom with twin box spring type beds. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms, each with 3 single beds, with a sink and box spring-type beds. All beds have duvets and pillows.

The holiday park you can’t resist! This park offers all the amenities to help make your holiday enjoyable. You and your kids will not be bored here as there is so much to do! There are numerous sport and game facilities as well as lots of activities provided by the surrounding natural environment. Furthermore, during the holidays (from Easter to Autumn) the park staff offers an attractive recreational program with many fun, silly, informative and challenging activities. - Day trips / activities in the area include: The traffic park in Assen, Playground Orange in Orange, Kameleondorp Terherne, the Emmen Zoo, tropical swimming pool of De Bonte Wever, Sprookjeshof amusement park in Zuidlaren, Bal-lorig children's play area, Leprechaun Land in Exloo, Family park of Nienoord, the Planetron in Dwingeloo, the Boomkroonpad in Borger and the Maze in Bakkeveen. - For walkers and cyclists in the beautiful Drenthe you will find ancient megaliths, beautiful heaths and woodlands with wonderful lakes. Unlike many other places in the Netherlands, the tranquility and hospitality have been preserved in Drenthe.

You will pay € 18.50 for each preference (excluding the custom bungalow for disabled persons). Additionally, when booking you can also request other services and pay on-site: • Pets (max of 2, on request) € 4.00 per day • Compulsory cleaning fee of € 12.50 per bungalow if you bring a pet • Towels € 5.00 per set • Kitchen towel set € 4.50 • Bed making service € 6.00 • Highchair, baby bath, playpen or crib, € 2.00 per night • Baby package (bath, bed, highchair and playpen) per week, mid-week € 25.00 • Child package (bed and highchair) for a weekend, mid-week, week € 12.50 • VIP package for 2 persons, consists of beds, bottle of wine, bathroom set, towel and kitchen set, coffee set: € 39.50 • Extra person VIP package € 12.50.

A few bungalows of this type are available for tenants with dog(s) on request. Lessees under the age of 21 will not be admitted in the park.
