Service costs are € 29.50 per stay and must to be paid locally. These are the gas / water / electricity costs plus final cleaning. When booking this apartment, there are some discounts available: - Early bird discount of 20% for reservations made at least 6 months prior to arrival. - Early bird discount of 10% for reservations made between 3 and 6 months prior to arrival. - 20% discount if at least one child is under 12 years of age or at least 1 person is over 55. This discount is not valid during the holidays.
This discount is valid only for bookings made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival and will be deducted from the rental price or the price after the early bird discount has been deducted. It is possible that these apartments are only available upon request.
