This newly-renovated, luxurious holiday home is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Rumburk, which lies on the border of the Lusatian Mountains and the Czech Switzerland National Park. This former farmhouse is situated on a southern slope surrounded by beautiful gardens. It has been divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor. From the home you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Lusatian Mountains. The house’s size, furnishings and amenities make it an ideal accommodation for two families or a group of friends. The large, partially enclosed garden has a paved patio with garden furniture (tables and chairs) and provides the opportunity to barbecue. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun. Parking is available at the house. In the vicinity there are numerous hiking and cycling trails and two natural swimming pools. For everyday shopping you can go to Rumburk. Within walking distance you will find some shops and supermarkets while further away there are numerous restaurants where you can enjoy Czech and international cuisine at a reasonable price. Traditional Czech meals can also be ordered via the owner who lives upstairs and takes care of the house and garden. In short, a wonderful holiday home amidst beautiful natural surroundings on the border of three countries.

This recently renovated holiday house (farm) contains two apartments and offers the chance to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. Apartment 1 is ideal for 4 adults plus 2 children and has an area of 75 m2 which includes 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Apartment 2 is ideal for 6 adults plus 2 children and has an area of 100 m2 which includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet. The bedroom of Apartment 1 is furnished with four single beds. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for 2 children. The first bedroom of Apartment 2 contains four single beds while the other bedroom has 1 double bed. In the living room of the apartment 2 is a sofa bed for 2 children. The kitchens in both apartments are identically equipped, each with a refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker and sufficient utensils. There is also a dining area with a table and couch. In each living room there is a table with chairs, a sofa bed and a TV. The sofa also serves as a bed. The bathrooms each have a bathtub, sink and washing machine. In Apartment 1 you will find a corner bath and a separate toilet while in Apartment 2 there is an ordinary bath and a the toilet in the bathroom. All apartments are for non-smokers. The whole house is equipped with a WiFi Internet connection. The hall has a table tennis table. In the communal garden or on the terrace you can enjoy playing with your children or barbecuing. Do not want to cook? Then you can contact the owner who can provide traditional Czech meals or make reservations for you at a nearby restaurant (300 m). The owner also rents mountain bikes and bicycles of good quality, directory services, overnight trips, etc.

Your holiday begins right outside the door! This accommodation occupies a strategic location - on the border of three countries: the Czech Republic, Germany (1 km) and Poland (20 km). The house is situated on the outskirts of the town of Rumburk, close to numerous hiking and cycling routes and two natural swimming pools. It is an ideal base for walking and cycling in the surrounding mountains and natural area. You can also go climbing and rafting. This region (also known as Czech Switzerland) has become known around the country for its large concentration of natural beauty which includes the Elbe River. Lovely towns, spas with a wonderful climate, tourist inns and restaurants, and fantastic vantage points are just some of the popular destinations. Rumburk is just 2.8 km away and has a new sports center with both an indoor and outdoor pool, squash court, tennis courts, a bowling alley and billiards. Particular noteworthy are: Capuchin monastery; the tower of Dymník; Jedlová with its tower, coal mines of St. Sebastian and calvary statue; and the castle ruins and sandstone formations of Tolštejn situated along the Labe (Elbe). But historic cities such as Varnsdorf and Děčín with its charming castle and the capital city of Prague (120 km) are all worth visiting.

Germany should also be on your program: Sebnitz, a park with prehistoric animals (27 km); Neustadt with an Aqua Park; the unforgettable and restored city of Dresden; the lock of Pilnitz; Saxon Switzerland; Bastei; the fortress of Königstein and the city of Pirna. Bicycles and mountain bikes can be rented directly from the owner!
