The Villa Agrimare Residence consists of 21 cozy, spacious and bright apartments built of brick and equipped with all the modern comforts.

The Accommodations are suitable for 2 to 6 persons, depending on your needs, and offer spacious bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette (with sink and refrigerator, table with chairs) and a bathroom with hot water. The Holiday Homes are also equipped with an intercom and TV connection plus have a comfortable veranda so you can enjoy the cool shade while having a drink or spending time outdoors with your friends.

Vieste, with its spectacular environment of greenery and sea, is a city that will overwhelm you with its clear water and coastline where golden beaches alternate with cliffs towering above the sea. PRICES ARE PER APARTMENT PER WEEK AND INCLUDE:
Kitchen equipment, usage of electricity, gas and water, parking, free minibus service to/from nearby beach, swimming pool and taxes. Recreational equipment, tennis and balls are available at extra cost (free during periods A, B and C in daylight hours).

NOT INCLUDED:
    * LINEN (on request): bed € 6,00 per person (with obligatory weekly change).
      Bathroom linen is not available;
    * Final Cleaning:
      - € 32,00 (A and B);
      - € 38,00 (C1 and C2);
      - € 45,00 (D and E);
    * Parking for 2nd car: € 5,00 per day;
    * TV per week (on request): € 28,00;
    * Beach service: at payment in the nearby bathing beach.
    * Tourist tax: € 0,80 per person per day for up to 10 days of stay, with the exclusion of disabled people and person under 14 years.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 100,00 per apartment, will be returned at the end of stay, with deductions for damages and breakages.

SAFETY DEPOSIT: free service.

DOGS and other animals are not welcome.
