This large house has been divided into 3 separate apartments, and offers an ideal combination for larger groups or 3 families.
Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 persons. The kitchen still exudes an old ambience and includes a kitchenette, refrigerator, 4-burner stove and an old-fashioned wood-fired tile kiln for fun and pleasant warmth. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two single beds, a TV, radio and electric heater. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated. Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and can be accessed via its own entrance and the garden doors. It is ideal for 6-8 persons. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker and 4-burner gas cooker. It is open to the living room where there is a dining table, sofa, TV, radio, piano and a wood-burning stove for warmth. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. One also has two single beds, the other an additional 2-person bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated. Apartment 3 is a very stylish situated on the second floor, accessible by a private entrance and the garden doors to the terrace. It is ideal for 3 to 5 persons. In the big room there is a kitchen with a refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, microwave and dining area. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and 1 single bed. Finally, there is a sitting area with a sofa, TV and radio. The sofa can be opened creating two additional sleeping places. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated.
In this protected area it is not uncommon to find a stray deer or hare in the garden. In all seasons, it is simply beautiful here. - Walks can be taken in all directions, through the forest, roads or fields, where you can visit the fortress of Čachrov, the castle of Klenová or the fortress of Týnec. - By car you can take a trip to the beautiful Gothic water castle of Švihov or the beautiful town and gothic castle of Velhartice, visit the mummies in the catacombs of Klatovy, the Kašperské Mountains or lakes of Černé, Čertovo and Laka. - For cycling enthusiasts there is a marked trail along the apartment that takes you throughout the Bohemian Forest. - Sports enthusiasts can visit the Klatovy Airport (sightseeing flights, gliding, parachuting). There is a natural pool in Kozí (800 meter walk through the fields), swimming pools in Strážov and Běšiny (3km), and an indoor pool in Klatovy. A visit to the excellent water park in Lamu (22 km - Germany) can be made as part of a day trip. Beautiful cities in the area include: Sušice and Domažlice.

Conditions of the landlord:
Youth groups under the age of 21 are not allowed on the park without the supervision of at least one adult over the age of 25. A youth group of 4 persons or more must mentioned upon booking and an extra deposit of 50 Euros per person will be charged. If the group is not reported prior to arrival entrance to the house may be denied.
No smoking in the house. Please bring house slippers or house shoes to wear indoors. Pets are not allowed.
