The residence is situated between the forest and moors, on the border of Drenthe. Proceed in a northerly direction and you can go hiking and cycling in the forested Drenthe. Go south, and there is no sign of the forest as peat bogs take over. Here you can cycle for hours through this unique area alongside Saxon farms and pleasant villages or go in the direction of Emmen where you’ll find extensive shopping facilities and a zoo. In the summer this area is home to fairs and local markets that you definitely should not miss.

From the holiday park there is a direct route to the Valtherbos where you – along with your dog – can go walking or cycling. At the reception desk several walking and cycling routes are available so you will not get lost and will be sure not to miss any points of interest along the way. But you can also take the 6-km-long cycling path to Emmen where children can visit the Emmen Zoo or spend the day of their lives at Aquarena, a swimming paradise with wave pool. Also Kabouterland Exloo is sure to be a fantastic adventure for kids. In Exloo you can also play golf or go horseback riding at a riding academy. Of course, the dolmens in Borger should not be missed during a visit to Drenthe. Would you like a day of shopping or a change of scenery? Then you are at the right place in the center of Emmen

1 - Arrival is after 3:00 pm; departure is by10:00 am.

2 - The cottages and chalets are available from 3:00 pm Friday to 10:00 am the following Friday.

3 - The deposit for the card which operates the automatic barrier is € 20.00 (payable upon arrival).

4 - Bed linen (beds: 200 x 80) can be brought or you can rent it. Please indicate when booking.

5 – Bath linen (towels etc.) and kitchen linen must be brought.

6 - Pets are not allowed . Pets are not allowed to visit either.

7 – Visitors are per person per day until 10:00 pm. In the period from May 1 to September 1 there is a fee of € 1.75 per person; other periods: € 1.00.

8 - The cost of using the washing machine (including powder) is 5.25 euro; 2.25 euro for the dryer; and the centrifuge is 0.50 euro per turn.

9 - The heated pool is open from May 1 to September 1. When outside temperatures fall below 16 degrees, the pool is closed.

11 - The Hospitality Shop may have restricted hours depending on the season.

12 - Cottages and chalets are to be swept clean and left tidy upon departure (by 10:00 am).
