This comfortable and spacious villa can accommodate up to 10 persons and has an area of over 120m2. It consists of 2 floors. The layout of the villa is as follows. Ground floor: an entrance hall, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. 1st floor: a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The simple but highly functional kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and 4-burner electric stove. The dining area consists of a table, 2 wooden benches and chairs and is part of the kitchen. Via the hallway you access the two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a baby bed. Via the folding door you reach the other bedroom which is furnished with 2 single beds. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The stairs in the kitchen lead to the first floor where you will find a spacious living room with a sofa, TV and fireplace, a dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and sink. The house is centrally heated, but you can also use the fireplace for a warm and cozy atmosphere. As guests of the villa you can naturally make full use of the well-equipped communal barn, terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, parking and playground facilities.
This holiday villa is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Hřivínův Újezd, with a variety of facilities within easy reach. Within a radius of just 15 km you can: relax at the famous spa resort of Luhačovice with its medicinal springs and colonnades, or go shopping in the city itself. The nearby artificial Lake Luhačovička is excellent for swimming, fishing and water sports and there is an outdoor pool here as well. The unique nature of the White Carpathians (with forests and a very special flora / fauna) is ideal for walking and cycling or you can visit the town of Zlin known for the Baťa Shoe company. You can visit the local museum or pay a visit to a typical labor housing complex to relive the days of a bygone era. Golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion at a 9-hole golf course. Want to know what life was like in a castle? Then the castle of Buchlov (45 km) with its painted Gothic wood paneling and fine furniture, or the baroque castle of Buchlovice (40 km), are certainly worth a visit! Restaurants, cafes and shops are everywhere in the area. A selection of recommended tours: Velehrad (32 km) with a basilica and monastery; Kroměříž (45 km) has an exceptionally complete and well-preserved example of an archiepiscopal residence (with beautiful gardens) from the baroque period (a UNESCO World Heritage site) where you will also find paintings by famous masters such as Van Dyck, Titian and Dürer; Kroměříž also has a zoo; Kostelany (38 km) with its Western City with horses, swimming pool, etc; Brno, the second city of the Czech Republic, with numerous supermarkets, the large Globus department store, Špilberk castle and a zoo; and finally the Moravian Karst, an area filled with caves and caverns. Punkevní Cave has splendid rooms and there's also a very deep gorge that you can visit by lift. Guides are available in German and English.

Conditions of the landlord:
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is 45.00 euro per villa (mandatory). Energy costs are to be settled at the end of your stay. Fee for cooling in summer: 40.00 euro / per week surcharge; heating charge in winter: 100.00 euro / per week. No smoking in the house. Pets are not allowed. You must pay a deposit of 150.00 euro upon arrival.
Wood is not present. You can buy firewood in the supermarket or hardware store.
