The cozy dining room has a seating area consisting of a table, wooden sofa, chairs and a television. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are each furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. Conditions of the landlord:
Upon arrival a deposit of 150 € must be paid. The deposit will be returned after your stay, provided the apartment has not been damaged. If the house is not left clean, you will be charged for cleaning (25 euro).
You are required to separate your waste.
Resting hours: from 11:00 pm you are not permitted to make any noise (in the house or garden) that would disturb the normal resting hours of others.
The pool can be used, in common with the guests of house number BN902545, for a fee of 2.10 euro (50 CZK) / per person per day including sun beds.
Hand towels and dishcloths are not provided, so these should be brought from home.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
