The convenient location of this villa allows you to enjoy both a relaxing and active vacation with sports like hiking, biking and swimming. The beautiful scenery and surroundings lend themselves to a variety of trips and excursions. In the summer you can swim in a lake (Velky Rybnik), the swimming pool in Ostrov (5 km) or the Aquapark of Klášterec (25 km). If the weather is not so nice you can enjoy the indoor pools of Jáchymov and Karlovy Vary. The latter city is known as a spa resort so you can also be pampered with a variety of spa treatments. Do not forget to admire the local architecture! Golf enthusiasts can practice their sport at a nearby 18-hole golf course. Those who would like to admire the scenery on horseback can go horseback riding in Děpoltovice (4 km)! For culture and historic sites you can visit the castles of Loket (22 km), Bečov (28 km) and Horní Hrad (8 km). The latter has a fantastic watchtower. You can also take the "Jesus road" to Bozi Dar, the highest village in Central Europe, and heartily recommended, fun for kids and a challenge for cyclists! This route is 11 km long. During your outing there enjoy the beautiful fairy tale characters made from tree stumps. There are also several wooden climbing frames, swings and roundabouts for children. For fans of extreme sports and adrenalin junkies there’s a new monkey-rope center on the peak of Plešivec Mountain. A day trip to one of the cultural centers of Europe, namely Prague, is of course very worthwhile! A day in this historic city known as "the Golden Heart of Europe" speaks for itself. In this bustling city we recommend the stately Prague Castle, the bustling Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge. What’s more, it lies less than two hours away! During your vacation you can also visit Germany as the border is only 21 km away. In short, there’s something for everyone!
