Location

The residence is located on the southwestern coast of Sicily, in the center of Triscina, a seaside hamlet of Selinunte, in a region rich in tradition and archaeological testimonies, at just 4 km (along the coast) from the archaeological park of Selinunte (the largest archaeological park in Europe). The estate has an excellent location from which it is easy to reach the numerous archaeological and natural sites, among the most important ones in western Sicily by car, and offers a direct access to the golden sandy beach ( private use in summer) lapped by a clear crystal and still unspoiled sea.

Interior

It has a double bed, or 2 single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. All accommodations are equipped with heating and air-conditioning (adjustable by the customer and programmed by times: from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 19.00 to 07.00), safe deposit box, direct dial telephone, TV (satellite and digital terrestrial), fixtures with double glazing to ensure thermal and acoustic insulation, orthopedic beds, kitchenette (with stove with oven plus fridge freezer 280 L), bathroom with hairdryer and hydro massage shower cabin.

The rental price includes:
*air conditioning (from 1pm to 5pm and from 7pm to 8am)
*bed and bath linen. The changes of linen at the reception.
*final cleaning. Upon departure, kitchenette and dishes must be left cleaned otherwise an extra cost is required: € 30
* CLUB CARD FROM 07/6 TO 15/9 includes:
Beach service (one umbrella, one deck chair and sunbed) per room or apartment from 9 to 19; free use of canoe, sup,
windsurfing and pedal boats.
Baby club (2,5- 6 years) and Mini club (6-12 years): EVERY DAY from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 16 to 19
(laboratory, nutella party, master chef, games in the pool and at the sea) and every evening at 9.15 pm baby dance with mascots, cotton candy, followed by Disney variety, mini club show and film/cartoon screenings 3 times a week
Entertainment for adults and children: daily soft and sports tournaments, dancing and fitness on the beach, games on the beach and evening activities of games, karaoke, variety and cabaret.


Services always included from June to September:
- Children's swimming pool (opening dates based on climatic conditions), playground and baby parking for 0-3 years (unattended) always available to customers.
- Bar/Lido on the beach: breakfasts, aperitifs, snack bars, quick lunches by reservation at advantageous prices and in agreement (drinks at the bar are not included in any rate)
