Location

Located in the Provencal hinterland, near the place Gordes (with the title "most beautiful village of France") lies the holiday park . The holiday park is located on the side of a mountain on a domain of several hectares of oak trees. You will find an (unheated) outdoor pool of 15 x 7 meters (sun beds for a fee) and a separate children's pool, a bowling alley, a ping-pong table and a parking space. The rental price includes bed linen, a free satellite TV and final cleaning (excluding kitchen corner and crockery). You can reserve a baby kit free of charge on request. For an additional fee you can reserve extra for a towel package and the final cleaning for the kitchen corner and the crockery. You pay this on the spot. Pets are not allowed. The place Gordes with shops is 2 km away.

Interior

The residence is made up of duplex apartments, with air-conditioning, sleeping between 4 and 8 persons, all fully equipped: kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave, oven and dishwasher), shower room, generally separate toilet, free television and a ground floor terrace.

Surroundings

Gordes has the title most beautiful village in France because everything exudes something very authentic with a beautiful castle. The castle was originally built in 1031 and rebuilt in 1525. This village has beautiful streets and houses, built from the same stones from the rocks in the area. It truly breathes the atmosphere of "old stories and legends". In Gordes there is also a museum dedicated to a resident of this village, the Flemish painter Pol Mara. You can find culture here at, among others, the castles, Romanesque churches, glass museum, water and oil mills and much more. The beautiful lavender fields give a beautiful sight and wonderful smell and invite you to take a walk or bike ride. Other sporting activities include horseback riding, mountain biking, canoeing kayaking, making a trip by air balloon and much more. The Provençal weekly and flea markets are also very popular with tourists. And finally, last but not least, Provençal gastronomy should be tried!
