The area of Capellans - Playa de Muro towards Puerto de Alcudia is a more natural area, backed by the dunes and with less services. The old centre of Alcudia with its stoned streets is about 12 km. Interior

The coastal village of Can Picafort is popular among those who love the beach and the sea since it features a dreamy beach, lots of restaurants and a lively atmosphere. The house, however, is located in a quiet area and it has two -front and back- terraces. The back terrace is perfect to celebrate great evenings al fresco or enjoy a good breakfast before the day starts. A large parasol protects from the sun. In the evening, maybe you feel like cooking some barbecued vegetables and meat, and a mobile barbecue is available for it. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The house was built in 2017 and it has a Mediterranean style -modern, with stoneware floors, light colourful furniture and beautiful drawings to give a lively touch to the rooms. The spacious living room has satellite TV and it is open to the dining area which can accommodate 6 people. The dining room presents a door which leads to the back terrace and this is quite helpful in case you cook a barbecue outdoors but want to enjoy it inside. The open kitchen has a basic equipment to prepare simple dishes like the ceramic hob, microwave and some kitchen utensils. The three luminous bedrooms have a closet and are on the first floor. Two of them come with two twin beds, while the last one has a double bed. One of the bedrooms with two beds has an en-suite shower bathroom. There are two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. 2 cots and 2 high chairs also are available. The house features ducted air-conditioning (only cold air).
