This is a 2-storey house with 4 bedrooms (one on the first floor and three on the ground floor). There are three bedrooms with double beds and one with 2 single beds.

Interior

Every room and detail is perfectly integrated in the house. Sit down and relax on the sofa in the living room where you will be able to read a good book, watch satellite TV and have a little nap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge, cutlery and a lot more. There is space to park your car at the patio. Furthermore, there is another kitchen with gas hob, situated in a separate building with BBQ by the pool.

At the terrace, there is a big table with 8 chairs where you can organize summer dinners. Outside, you can swim in the 10 x 5 metre pool, sunbathe in one of the 8 lounges or enjoy a cocktail at sunset.

Can Picafort and Capellans Beach is just a 5 minutes' drive. The fine grained beach is perfect for families or a long, romantic stroll. Lots of bars and restaurants offer Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails. Maybe you'd like to try a tasty Paella with sea views. Towards Alcúdia, you'll find Playa de Muro, a quiet and natural area with a white sand beach and cyrstalline waters. In Alcúdia old town or Pollença, visit the weekly market or walk around the cobbled streets.
