This villa will surprise you, thanks to the outside greenery -composed of a delicate and well cared garden surrounded by trees- and a beautiful and rustic stone building of fascinating interior, pure luxury and modernity!! The 8 x 4 metres and 1 to 1.7 metres water depth chlorine pool is the main character. Our guests enjoy cooling down and swimming after sunbathing on the 4 sun loungers. A wonderful porch covered by the vine invites to have a family lunch or to spend a nice evening with your friends. The built-in barbecue will serve for that, and you will be delighted with the delicious grilled meats and vegetables. You will find a large table with chairs by the barbecue as well as an annexed little house with a great dining area, so you can choose where to spend the evening. The 65 m2 house is a true wonder. When you enter, you find a great open space comprising the living room, the dining area and the kitchen with a lively style full of colour. Here, you can rest on the sofa by the TV with satellite channels after enjoying a good banquet cooked at the great kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and much more. This room also features an electric fireplace and leads to the bathroom of the house -with a shower- and the two bedrooms. Both of them have two twin beds together, a wardrobe and a TV -with Spanish channels-. The living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with AC. Of course, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at the annexed construction. If you are travelling with babies, we can provide 2 cots and 2 highchairs. Santa Margarita is a beautiful village in the centre of the island, easily reachable in a reasonable amount of time. This is a basically rural area inhabited mainly by locals, so perfect to know the authentic Mallorca. The village offers everything you may need during your stay like bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. You will reach Son Serra de Marina in about 15 minutes. This family beach is the closest one, although we recommend you go along the bay and visit the paradisaical beach from Can Picafort to Puerto de Alcudia. The owner will treat you to a typical dessert from Mallorca and a bottle of wine. There is exterior parking for 6 cars. There are two bicycles at your disposal. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The firewood for the barbecue is available and free.
