It borders the Weerter and Budeler mountains, a beautiful natural area where vast forests and heath fields alternate. The living room is furnished with a dining table with sufficient chairs and a color TV. This villa has four bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom on the ground floor. There are eight single beds and three double beds in total. Feather bed (singles) and cushions are available. There are two bathrooms in the villa, with a total of three showers, a Jacuzzi, a 1-person tub and a sauna. There are two separate toilets and sanitation in one of the bedrooms.
