Not only in the park, but nearby there are plenty of things to do for an active holiday including tennis, renting boats in Heiloo, beautiful beach excursions, covered wagon rides from the riding school in Heiloo (3 km), skiing on a 1300-meter-long artificial ski slope in the mountains, play golf at Sluispolder at Alkmaar, and fishing in the vicinity of the park (permit required).
There are a range of opportunities to getaway for the day including bargain hunting at the Beverwijk Bazaar (with Chinatown) and visiting a chapel in Egmond aan den Hoef. Further away and good for a day trip: Sprookjeswonderland in Enkhuizen, the steam train from Hoorn - Enkhuizen and the Sea Aquarium in Bergen and / or Den Helder. In the summer months there is a jazz weekend in Bergen, a cheese market in Alkmaar, an art market in Bergen and a light show in Bergen.

You are required to rent sheets. Baby bed linen is not provided. We ask that you bring your own. If you would like your beds made upon arrival, please indicate under "Bedmaking Service" when booking. Towels and kitchen towels can be brought or you can rent them in the park (you can reserve when booking).
For stays longer than one week, a 1 euro waste fee for each additional week or part thereof must be paid locally.
We can not assume responsibility for lost or mislaid property, property damage or personal injury incurred during your stay in the park.
A number of houses of the type that is illustrated here may have an additional facilities. When booking this type of home you have the possibility to book additional facilities. There is a preferred/essential cost fee of € 15.00 per person. Additional facilities available: a pet-friendly accommodation, non-smoking chalet and chalet with a bathtub.
