In the Burgundian Belgian Limburg lies the beautiful Narvik Holiday Home Park of Zutendaal. A perfect location from where you can embark upon day trips or go walking and cycling among nature.

The holiday park is adjacent to the Hoge Kempen National Park, a huge nature reserve where you can spend hours exploring on foot, by bike or on horseback. The footpath in Zutendaal is highly recommended as are great cities like Valkenburg, Maastricht and Hasselt, all of which are not far from the park and well worth a visit.

For children Plopsaland is a great place to spend a day. They can also have fun in the outdoor or indoor swimming pools, both with separate children’s area. Of course don’t forget the numerous activities provided by the recreation team.

Enjoy a meal in the restaurant or after a active day unwind with a delicious Belgian beer on the completely renovated terrace or in the bar. If you would like to enjoy a pleasant holiday with the family, or just relax as a couple, choose the wonderful Narvik Holiday Home Park of Zutendaal!

On the ground floor of this detached child-friendly villa you'll find a luxurious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and bottle warmer; a living room equipped with child safety electrical outlets; a luxurious bathroom with a sink, bathtub and sanitary facilities for children (child washbasin and toilet); a separate toilet; and a child's bedroom complete with bunk beds and a children's corner.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each suitable for two persons (one very large). The luxurious bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.

This type of accommodation is equipped with a child's bed, playpen and highchair. The villa has underfloor heating, a TV and a terrace with garden furniture. The villa also has a large wooden deck terrace. There is parking for one car at the villa.

During the high season there is a professional recreation team present which organizes many exciting activities, especially for children aged 4 to 12. They can do crafts, enjoy the so-called sympathy theater, participate in regular sports programs or have fun on the air cushion.

There are also numerous fun outdoor activities possible including mountain biking, canoeing and horseback riding.

Tips for trips: visit the cities of Maastricht and Valkenburg; visit the Belgian cities of Hasselt and Maasmechelen; the Lieteberg footpath in Zutendaal; the Bokrijk open-air museum in Genk; Plopsaland indoor play paradise in Hasselt; the horse marathon in Zutendaal; various exhibitions and sports events in MECC Maastricht; or step out with a ranger of the "Hoge Kempen" National Park.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Upon arrival, a night registration and a debit authorization form (for the deposit) are to be filled out at the reception desk. The deposit is € 180, -, consisting of € 150, - general deposit and € 30, - deposit for the barrier pass. The deposit for the barrier pass will be returned when you hand in the barrier pass at departure.

+ There is an ATM (cash withdrawal machine) present in the park. It is possible to pay by credit card. Notes of € 100, - € 200, - and € 500, - are not accepted in the park.

+ For the chalets and villas you are required to rent bed linen. If you reserved a baby bed, linen is not available. We please ask that you bring your own. Hand and tea towels can be rented at the reception or you can bring your own. A bath linen set consists of 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A kitchen linen set consists of 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel.

+ Overnight visitors must be announced at the reception and all park charges and bed linen fees must be paid.

+ If you bring a dog, you are not allowed to leave it alone in the rented accommodation because of possible destruction to the furniture. This is true even if you bring a dog crate because of the possibility of noise.

+ We can not assume responsibility for lost or mislaid property, damage to property or personal injury incurred during your stay at Narvik Holiday Home Park Zutendaal.

If you have caused any damage, the park uses direct debit if the damage exceeds € 150.00. If the amount is below € 150.00, you should pay in cash.
