This 2-bedroom apartment is suitable for up to 6 persons and has an area of 38 m2. It consists of a living room, one bedroom, a sleeping "cabine", kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a terrace. The living room contains a 2-person sofa bed and a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed while the cabine is furnished with a bunk bed. The kitchen contains a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has an electric towel dryer (radiator type design). The terrace has patio furniture. Bed linen is included in the price. For an additional fee you can reserve a TV, baby set, bathroom set and/or final cleaning. These must be paid locally. A pet, in possession of a valid vaccination certificate and tattooed or chipped, will be allowed for an additional fee.
Nature, sports and culture here are fantastic! Nature in this area is best known for the gorges of the Ardeche River, where you can go fishing, canoeing, kayaking and of course swimming. But you will also find magnificent old caves, waterfalls and the famous le Pont du Gard bridge. Regarding sports you can, in addition to the aforementioned water sports, go climbing, canoeing, caving, hiking, cycling, mountain biking and para-gliding. In terms of culture you will find beautiful old towns like Vallon Pont d'Arc, Salavas, Labeaume, Balazuc and many more. In this region there is even a prehistoric museum. So if you are looking for a varied holiday with opportunities for rest as well as adventure, then Ardeche is the right place for you!

At your disposal you will find 2 outdoor swimming pools with paddling pool (1 open from April to September, heated until mid-June and from mid-September; and 1 non-heated, open in July and August), rental of electric barbecue, launderette (for a fee) and free outdoor car park. Also in the accommodation you can have a fee-paying television and WiFi access. Bed linen is provided. For an additional fee you can rent a towel set, baby set (crib, baby bath and highchair), final cleaning and/or barbecue.
Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax must be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be given back after inventory on the day of departure (or by post). The accommodation should be left perfectly clean, otherwise a statutory sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets will be admitted for an additional fee provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and a tattoo. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.
