The apartments are situated on the first floor of a newly-built house located on the island of Lopud in southern Croatia. The house is only 70 meters from the nearest beach, the main coastal promenade and a restaurant. It has its own garden and terrace. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea, town and neighboring islands. In the vicinity of the house there is a beautiful olive orchard. The house is situated in a really quiet and peaceful area, which is characteristic of the entire island. There are no roads and no traffic on the island, that is why this house and the island are ideal for families with small children.

This apartment has a total area of about 28 m2. It is situated on the 1st floor and is suitable for three persons. It has a double bed in the bedroom and an additional bed in the living/dining room. The accommodation has a satellite TV, bathroom with shower and a fully-equipped mini-kitchen (in the living room) which includes sufficient kitchen utensils and tableware for the number of guests and a refrigerator with a small deep freezer compartment.

This apartment house is located on the small island of Lopud, one of the Elafiti Islands which lie in the vicinity of Dubrovnik, in southern Croatia. Lopud is a perfect destination for guests who would like to spend their holiday far from crowded places, cities, cars and noise, in a wonderful ambiance. The island is really small, only 4.2 km2. It only has 400 inhabitants. It lies 7 nautical miles (13 km) from Dubrovnik, with which it has regular connection 4 times a day. Ships arrive at the harbor of the town of Lopud located in the northwestern part of the island. In the center of the town there is a botanical garden with a lot of exotic plants, ideal for walking and enjoying the shade on those really hot days. In the town you will find a tourist office, hotels, restaurants, cafés, shops, a post office, souvenir shops, churches and chapels. There are some 20 km of paths on the island, each suitable for walking and relaxing among nature. One of these paths leads to an old castle atop a hill from where you have a spectacular view on all sides. Another path leads to the westernmost point of the island, from where a beautiful sunset can be observed. Some of these paths are suitable for bikers as well. Bicycles are available for rent in the town. Since the island is very small, you can reach everything within a few minutes on foot. On the opposite side of the island (a 25 minute walk; transfer is available) you'll find a long sandy beach called Šunje. This beach is covered with a fine sand, which is quite rare in Croatia. The shallow water in this bay is ideal for kids and new swimmers. There are two tennis courts close to the accommodation. The most important tourist destination on the Adriatic coast is the beautiful historic city of Dubrovnik, which can be reached by ship within 50 minutes. There are a lot of places in Dubrovnik worth visiting. The inner city, which is surrounded by walls, has been a part of UNESCO's World Heritage list since 1979. A lot of Gothic, renaissance and baroque houses, palaces, churches and cathedrals can be found here, weaved with narrow streets and small squares. You can visit a number of museums as well, among them the Aquarium and Maritime Museum. During summer, a lot of cultural events are held within the walls of the old fortress. George Bernard Shaw once said: “If you want to see paradise on Earth, come to Dubrovnik”.
